Easy and quick... as long as everyone can gollow the simple direction of the path. But occasionally you'll have one or two drivers block or intercept the path way access. Perhaps the bank should consider making visible signage indicating the direction to pass so theres less confusion.

I would often withdraw money from the drive thru ATM and never had any problems. My visits were at 3:30 a.m, the ATM always had money to withdraw. It was very convenient for me, before going to work. BOA is a trustworthy banking institution and I would highly recommend using them.

Van Nguyen-Newton is incredibly unprofessional, unreliable and not trustworthy. She convinced me to have her do SBA business loan instead of the other loan agent. After committed to her, she left me hanging for over 3 months, saying she was on vacation and the process will take time. I texted and emailed her but no answers. If she can’t do it, be processional and let customers know.

While me and my fiancée have had many positive experiences at BOA Branch here on Knott, the past two days have showed the true character of two of the employees at this branch(one being Joshua the branch manager). We went to deposit our change two days ago and were turned away, saying it needed to be rolled(understandable). However when we purchase coin rolls from the store, then continue to roll those quarters, which can be a daunting task (amount of them is roughly 600$) and they refuse to then take them because we are not business account members that is pretty frustrating. The branch manager wants to say "well these rolls don't all look the same size and we're not going to take them" to which I reply and say yeah because they are different types of quarter rolls.... He then says "they have a policy where they are not physically allowed to open any roll which we deposit". His teller had opened and counted 4 rolls prior to me asking for him to help me resolve the issue. I then tell him this information, and the female sharply reply's "I only opened 3", as if it were in line with this manager's statement of the policy and procedures at all. At this point we choose to simply leave and are planning on closing out our bank of america accounts and choosing to bank somewhere where we can get a tiny bit of respect, consistency in policies and procedures and be allowed to deposit LEGAL US CURRENCY without hassle, not too much to ask of right? If you are looking to handle your banking necessities hassle-free and seamlessly, this may not be the branch for you....

Terrible slow teller service. Lines always excruciating and long. We have all been in covid for a year, so I would hope they could figured out a system iAt what point don't you add a teller to the rotation? Not the tellers fault. And no temporary checks! I know we don't use them that often, but had an instant when needed a check. My moms gen for sure still likes checks. Not every new account is by a 18 year old, could be switching accounts. I Should be at Chase!

Joshua Tree is the most clown banker to ever be. Didn't let me cash my checks under my name with an account under my name What a clown. Stay as far away from this branch as possible Westminster branches do you right

I was assisted by personal banker Michelle. From the start of the visit she was amazing. Great energy: friendly, knowledgable, fast/prompt. Customer Service A++. This is the first interaction I've had with a personal banker where I felt they went above and beyond. Normally when a situation is too difficult it shows but she was such a pro I still cant believe we got this sorted out in less than 30 minutes. Thanks to the whole team at bofa off knott and the standout star P.B. Michelle.
