This Garden Grove office the worst I have ever been to. It has always been very understaffed and management claimed they can't get employees. Today I waited in line for 20 minutes as there was 1 teller only. Another employee had a pad and tried to help others in line but most people needed to work with a teller. I was also told that they are remodeling the office and eliminating the teller line, which makes me wonder just how much worse the service will be; its a real stretch to get much worse but Im sure B of A will manage to find a way. The teller staff is pleasant but there seems to be constant turnover. I try to go to the ATM but the one by the front door is unusable in the afternoon as it faces west and the screen is unreadable in the afternoon. The door to the inner ATM often does not work, making Those ATMs unusable before or during what they call normal business hours which frequently change. I've been there for years as it is convenient but after today I am going to find some better.

My first time with Mr. Freddie, he is not only acknowledges but also friendly. He answered all my concerns in detail, clearly and patiently. Highly recommend him.

We took our BOA Visa Rewards card with us to Disneyland. We had it declined for $43 of food there. We knew our balance was only $1700 with no late payments. While I was stumped what was wrong and had no email or text re: fraud for it to be declined, I called their fraud line. After spending 1/2 hr with a worker from Arkansas, then another from Louisiana, they kept wanting to authenticate the call by sending a code to my grown SON; not my phone or my husband's phone. That was the ONLY way to authenticate MY ACCOUNT!!! Now, today, I reached Veronica in the Philippines who took the time to investigate and found out the phone number to authenticate was my son because I had used ZELLE once a couple months ago to send him $50. The account has our phones and emails as security authentication. NOT our son's info!!

Worst service I've had in a while. Literally sitting in the lobby by myself for 20 minutes & have yet to be helped by a banker. Walked in Freddie Castelans office and told me I need to wait longer. For a simple matter of resetting a pin Unbelievable!

Freddie was very professional and helpful. He helped me resolve a complex issue, walked me the solutions and identified possible future issues and tackled them too, he was proactive and he cared. Truly how a costumer service should be, I miss such service, we rarely see that nowadays.

45 min wait in line for 7 people lady at counter looking at pic on her phone while teller trying to help her talk to manager she did not care I do not recommend this bank not the first time long lines no tellers etc !

They keep only one booth open for transaction. Rest of the ppl just walk around. It take more then 30 minutes to withdraw or deposit. They do it intentionally.

Erica was very helpful and made everything easy. They were really busy but she opened an account for me very fast. She gave us advice and helpful tips. Definitely will be coming back to her.

Terrible business. Only one teller working. Had to wait 30 minutes to get cash. They could care less about customers.

THE BRANCH IS TEMPORARY CLOSED . BUT THE WEBSIDE IS STILL ACTIVE AND RECEIVE APPOINTMENT . I HAD AN APPOINTMENT ON 01/19/2022 AT 10AM BUT THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED . PLEASE UP TO DATE .
