I came in with 2 RV AGM Deep Cycle batteries and my Mazda CX-5 batteries for testing and charging, if needed. He was so sweet to help me to carry in the heavy batteries and was so patient in running multiple tests to determine the reliability of the results. I'm always seeking to learn, so he kindly addressed all my questions and even explained (CCA) Cold Cranking Amps to me - a word that never made it into my vocabulary!
Maribel, the store manager, is so sincere and genuinely eager to anticipate customer needs and exceed customer expectations! She displays great leadership skills, evidenced by the consistency in her team's care no matter what day, time, store visit, or auto expert you interact with on her team! Shout-out to Bill and Ray too for their friendly, warm demeanor! Women-leadership... ? love it!!! ???
As a woman and single mom, I felt taken care of and really respected. Definitely make this your go-to spot for all your auto needs!

Wow service here is amazing!Don’t underestimate the location.As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helpedMark was amazing!! He not only helped me with my purchase but he installed my signal light indicator bulb for me out of courtesy in minutes. Give this man a raise please! You don’t get service like this everywhere now in days. Thanks Autozone:)

Do not Buy car batteries from them! I bought one from them a year ago and I took it to them today to get it checked out. They told me it was at 60% and to come back after 2 hours to charge and when I got back it was still at 60%, so I asked to get a replacement since I bought a warranty from them. The employee said that it want valid eventhough I still had a year left on my warranty. Then the employee told me it would be best to buy one from Costco because the ones he has sold have been faulty and that the price was better at Costco. I hope this help someone else.

came into the store a few days ago looking for a battery & was looking around the store for a couple of minutes when i saw an employee Bill watching me i asked him for some help first thing he said was i don’t speak spanish but i asked him in english. he seemed annoyed, had super short responses, lots of sighing, & stared at me like i didn’t know what i wanted. never had an employee be that rude to me before but the girl that helped me at the register was way nicer

I've been to the store a couple of times mainly cuz it's close but the employees they're kind of ignore you it's hard to get assistance.
