Don't go here. I got ripped off. Asked male on the phone -- in person he has glasses, to help me install head lights cause I don't know much about cars. I wanted the low beam lights, but this idiot installed my high beam light on the left side (AND Installed it incorrectly too). He sold me the pack of 2 high beam head lights, which i didn't even need, then sold me another pack of 2 low beam head lights. I went over to a friend right after, who is a mechanic & he said the high beam was installed wrong, so he fixed it & installed my low beams for me. This Auto Zone ripped me off. I did not even need high beams, but he sold me a pack of 2 high beam for ($48) & another damn pack of 2 low beam for around also ($48)... I only needed the low beams. I should've paid more attention when he selected the high beam lights for me. Learn your crap better, these Autozone employees are horrible. Never coming back.

The only reason I'm giving this spot 5 stars is because of Rudy. Rudy is awesome. We're traveling and our car battery died and Rudy was a huge help with uninstalling the old battery and getting us a new one and helped us get back on the road quick. Rudy deserves a huge raise, he was working while all the other employees were just hanging out. Big thanks!

After spending close to 1000.00 on parts, after which you try to get help from a young and inexperienced staff on a core return and no help. Will have to find another source for future purchases.

Terrible service, there are like 10 people serving but out of 10 only one person knows what they are selling...more than half an hour waiting for a thermostat ??♀️

Francisco M. was freaking amazing. We had battery issues while on our trip down to Anaheim and Francisco was the first person in the state of California to give us some serious help. He helped us find a new battery and installed our new one with a smile (even though our battery was a mess).AUTOZONE! Give Francisco M. a raise and a huge Christmas bonus!!! Everyone else in the store was also amazing!

I've called three AutoZone today. They all put me on hold for 15 minutes or longer then hung up on me. I called this location. They answered the phone. They looked up the parts that I needed. They had all three of them and they just are Alex is the one that helped me and he said good parts guy and Robbie is the manager and he took care of me. Also what I told him that I waited on the phone for these other ones to call and he took off 10% of my parts for my inconvenience. This is the best AutoZone in Orange County in my opinion it's the warehouse store so they're always gonna have what you need. Keep up the good work you guys I appreciate it.

They move extremely slow , they had 12 people in line waiting to be assisted. I asked one of them his name starts with the letter F, I believe it was Fernando a question and his answer seemed unsure.
