If I could give a negative star - I would. Paid nearly 4K for a warranty for a Mercedes. They DENIED EVERY CLAIM; from gas tank to engine mounts. SUCH A SCAM OPERATION that appears to be OUT OF BUSINESS NOW. How are companies able to do this to consumers! #Elizabeth Warren #CONSUMERDISGUST

This company is a scam I am being told they went out of business and I can't get a refund. I tried to do a claim on my truck and it was denied so I'm out over 3 thousand dollars.

Don't waste your money! They will only pay a fraction of the total to fix your car. I just used them to fix an alternator and basically have to pay the total myself. WORTHLESS!!!!!!

They're a fraud. I've been dealing with them for almost a year trying to get my $195 refund. Every time I call they give me a different story and lies. They can't seem to make up their minds and just tell customer what they want in order to not deal with us. SHAME of a horrible business. They're scamming people.

This company is a SCAM. They have been lying to me and giving me the runaround for months about my cancellation request and full refund. I have call too many times for in 2 months. The customer service has not been there to help me at all when I call. I was told that the insurance company has a calendar, where every third Friday they do refunds! At this point, I am not sure if that is true... !No after all this time I have been waiting!Horrible customer service they just lie. They don't have any information on how long will take for the insurance to send my money back!

Mickey and Mason were incredibly helpful in helping me get my dad's insurance policy sorted out. My dad is dealing with the onset of Alzheimer's, and they were very compassionate and caring the whole time. Other companies I have called because my dad accidentally opened up multiple policies due to his memory, were hell to deal with. They gave my dad and me the run around for policies he didn't even need or use and I am still calling them trying to get his money back. It is exhausting especially when they try to guilt me into keeping the excess policies-- all of the companies promising their insurance was the one he needed to keep. Times are hard for everyone right now, but that doesn't make it right to deny a customer a rightful refund to services they did not need or use because they have a memory disability. Thankfully Mickey and Mason at Auto Protection Plus gave me a reason for a good review. Thank you!

My car warranty had expired, and I was able to sign up with Auto Protection Plus, for a good rate. I worked with Mickey C****** in customer service, as my credit card declined the payment- as they thought it was fraud. Mickey was super to work with, and able to resolve the issue quickly. I ended up working with him 4 times, and each time he was very thorough and patient.

This company robocalls potential customers, even if they are on the do not call list. They are violating federal law (the telephone consumer protection act) and I may opt to sue them if they call me again.

This company is a scam. They have been lying to my grandmother and giving her the runaround for months about her cancellation request and refund. I have now tried to contact this company and speak with a manager everyday for over a week. Horrible customer service and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for lying and abusing my elderly grandmother.

I NEVER leave BBB reviews, but the woman I spoke with on the phone was by far one of the sweetest customer service people I've spoken with. Sometimes we just need a little bit of understanding and kindness, and the woman on the phone - Ashley - offered exactly that. If every company had someone as kind as Ashley, customer representatives wouldn't have such a bad reputation! If you're reading this review as a customer, definitely ask to speak with Ashley. SHE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU! Hopefully her supervisor sees this and gives her a raise because she is the best!

I called in to customer service on November 16th to cancel my policy. I spoke with Ashley in customer service and she gave me the cancellation instructions. I was able to follow the instructions. Due to Covid, I knew things were going to be behind so I was given a time frame in which my refund would be processed and I did receive my refund within that time frame.
