I want to talk about "myself" first.Based on my past behavior, you would have to pay me to spend an additional time to give anything a review. At some point, I decided to uninstall an app I really liked because I was just too crazy to spare them the action of putting my thumb on "five stars" and submit. This behavior likely leads to more questions than answers.*At&t.*12721 Brookhurst St*A woman named SandraLet's get to the important part.I'd like to give praise with distinction of being outstanding (based on my experience so far as a customer in matters relating to phones/digital devices/in-store customer service) to SANDRA, the representative who guided and handled my visit with *efficiency, *straight to the point, all the while seamlessly reassuring (they looked a bit anxious coming to the store, but looked reassured upon Sandra's leading the conversation), ALSO her attention to me was so pleasant because we also chatted about life as if she was my friend and.....Should there be an opportunity for her to be elevated into a leadership role or if she is already and happens to in a position to climb higher in leadership, my highest and most sincere praise to Sandra.Her stoicism is what landed her this review. In my observation, a remember too many that seem to lack this one significant attribute and that to me,is the most important. While I am aware I am talking about an ATT representative and not a President, I want to be clear that every industry, indeed, at all levels of management are lead by its leader.Sandra is not my friend, our interaction was not even eligible for "acquaintanceship" since the phone upgrade altogether was just under 14 minutes. I would like to say that I felt welcome during my visit at the store, all customer associates are very nice. I would like to mention especially Amir, with his professional manners, he helped me from the time I walked in till I walked out the store, making me very happy, having the new Apple iPhoneKeep the great work, AmirAlso, everyone in the store are very helpful!Thank you for having such good employees!

Not about the store, it's about the bad service. Had an ATT agent come out to our house, signed us up for ATT and Direct TV. #1 Anmol lied to us about the ATT service charge. She said if we cancel within a month, we wont be charged. We got charged, and she never helped us when we called her. I cant get a refund. #2, ATT wifi signal sucks. It wont even reach two rooms over, so i had no wifi in my room. #3. Had a technician come out to move the modem closer, said it would be free because no rewiring was needed, they charged us $147. #4 Tried to get a refund for all the things they said wrong, had to talk to three different agents who previously said "no problem, we will refund you", and i didnt get a refund (Melinda). Hoping Ian, the 3rd dude, after talking 2.5hrs will give me the refund, but he said it'll take 30-45 days. Don't recommend ATT.

Mark did an amazing job in making sure we got the phones and plan we needed to fit our budget. He was a very pleasant change after having a horrible horrible experience at an AT&T location off Katella and ball by Target. Please do not waste your time going to this one. They were so rude, pretentious, and lacking basic comprehension. I highly recommend going to this AT&T location!!

Elia has been very patient with me so I can get get free Internet. I brought about 4 of my friends in the senior home and she helped all of us get free Internet. Bless her heart that she takes care of her customers.

Staff was nice enough, however not very knowledgable and didn't give me all the information needed. First I had to add a line to upgrade a different phone. That took me from 4 lines and phones to 5 lines and 4 phones. However, the person helping me added insurance to the extra line, not the line that was used to upgrade the phone. So when we went to file a claim on the phone, I was told that there was no insurance on the phone. I paid $429 out of pocket to fix the phone. I went home and looked through all the bills and finally figured out what had happened. Not sure why the store couldn't figure it out when I called, but now there is apparently nothing that can be done even though ATT said it was their error.

They added the home protection plan and early access upgrade plan without our consent. If you come here, I suggest you look closely at your bill afterwards.
