My boss wants to order a professionally engraved desk name at Amazon for $38.89 and should have it within a week. We need it sooner because it's a birthday gift for an employee in a few days. I asked around a few printing shops I know, and a friend recommended Asap Sign & Trophy. They charged $35 for this and told me I could pick it up tomorrow, but only two hours later, they called me and said the job was done. It's fast, cheap, and high quality. B.V.L.

I called to inquire about engraving my stethoscope and was put on hold 3 times while I continued to hear talking in the background, a bit unprofessional. Once I got ahold of someone and confirmed it would be $20, I went ahead and dropped off my item a few days later. They told me they couldn't engrave the bell, but could do one of the side/ear pieces and that I needed to pay the WHOLE $20 up front before they could start work. Huh?! While I understand a deposit as their sign states, I found it unfathomable that they were going to take my $250 stethoscope into their possession AND my $20 in cash since there's a big fee for using a credit card (so no credit card protection if it goes south). So if they mess it up, damage my item, never give me my item back, I have no protection. Hesitantly, I agreed and Thuy let me know she would text me to confirm the font later that day. I never received that text, and instead got a call that it was done the next day. I was obviously concerned that the product was supposedly finished when the engraving was not yet confirmed with me. When I went to pick it up, while the actual engraving was spelled correctly, it was a LOT smaller than anticipated... that's why I would have appreciated confirmation of the font, as promised by the business. Later that day upon further inspection, I noticed a pin point hole through my stethoscope rubber tubing on the same side as the engraving that had not been there before, as I gave this company the stethoscope STRAIGHT out of its brand-new box/packaging. So now I have a $20 tiny engraving and a damaged stethoscope I paid $250 for.... what a waste.

My wife and I loss our baby daughter and came here to purchase a customized memorial plaque. Thuy was so helpful and accommodating to our requests. Small little hiccups at the beginning but we were very particular with our requests and she did everything to make that happen. We loved how the plaque came out to help us memorialize our baby daughter. Thank you so much. We've also referred them to friends and family.

Excellent engraving services! They were able to engrave tiny medical scissors for me and they came out perfect! They are affordable and fast! I highly recommend.

I've been coming to ASAP Sign & Trophy since 2019 and they have been excellent. They are my go to place when I need to get awards & medals done for my team. The staff are great and are friendly to work with. 10/10 would recommend!

Called in to see if they had any A-Frame and H-Frame sign holders in stock. They had exactly what I needed and ready for me to pick up within 15 minutes! I will be back for more supplies when the time comes.

Had an amazing experience here. Got my trophy engraved at another local place before this which was unprofessional and expensive. Was greeted with friendly energy and great service throughout. Prices were really cheap. Fast response and attentive. Highly recommend!

Their prices are unbeatable. I came in for a last minute gift for my old man, and they didn't disappoint. Made a gorgeous bronze eagle on the American flag with a special message engraved in less than a week. It was super last minute and they didn't disappoint.
