They mostly carry product lines from a select few expensive brands and only a handful of other things. Located inside the A.R. Supermarket, right when you walk in. I usually ignore this area so that I wouldn't accidentally make eye contact with a salesperson lol. They have at least one Vietnamese and one Korean speaking person at both booths. So far, all the ladies I've spoken to are surprisingly nice.

I had an appointment and needed to buy a product urgently. It was less than 10 dollars and the Korean woman working there refused to get my credit card because it is less than 10 dollars. And she kept insisting to bring CASH or she’s not selling the product. So I asked because I was in hurry, I will pay more than 10 dollars with credit card and come back with cash later. But the woman refused to sell the product and requested to buy more than I needed. I didn’t have a choice at that time and spent my money on the unnecessary ones. And she emphasized that return is Not possible. She even stamped that “no return” to me. It was such an unpleasant experience!! They haven’t changed from the review of 5 years ago. I will never buy anything from them again.

Very helpful and friendly worker. Not pushy at all! I started breaking out again once I stopped using Proactive. Wanted to try other products that were more expensive (bcuz I think expensive = better, which is not necessarily true lol). She pointed me in the right direction for my facial needs. Pretty much looking out for my best interest rather than making a sale. She said I can purchase the other brands once my skin clears up. Gave me lots of samples to try. I'll definitely be returning soon!!

Love love love this Skincare Aritaum Boutique in Garden Grove... they are so nice & not pushy like the other skincare companies I've been to in the past. The staff are so friendly & professional!!! Also... they are so generous with samples & gifts!!! I drive all the way down here to pick up my products!!!

My first time being here was a great experience. Customer service was nice and super helpful. When I swatched a bunch of shimmer/glitter eyeshadows and lip tints (which leaves stain), the Korean girl gave me makeup remover wipes & showed me sponge brushes for eyeshadow testing. Both of the staff (one Korean, one Viet) are nice and friendly. Price of products is decent. Its definitely cheaper if you buy from online retailers, BUT with shipping fee and tax add on, its basically the same. Why don't you just come to the store so you can swatch and test the products before making decisions. When it came to the cashier, they asked me what do I need for my skin at the moment and gave me extra samples. HOWEVER, there are still needs for improvement. For example, lips tint are not in the right order, and they don't have a lot of Aritaum & Mamonde lips product compared to other locations.
