Went to check in and was told that their system was down and that they cannot guarantee a check in for today. What a joke. An email advising of the comical situation would have been appreciated.

I've been doing Marriotts for quite some time and have a general feel of my expectations. This particular hotel is "okay" at best. The room are in a desperate need of an update. There are nicer Marriott brands on this road. The gym is a joke. The cable machine only partially works. You can't really do any pull ups and you hit your head against the ceiling. They did a weird cut out of the ceiling to allow you to do some sort of a pull up.I was in the 6th floor and found no signs indicating what room numbers were in each hallway. Seems like a decently easy fix.I'll be avoiding this location for future travels (here quarterly)Rooms: Needs to be updated

The rooms are mediocre. They are dated but it's nice cause they are suites. The price is reasonable for a family. It is a little far from Disneyland--about a 20 minute walk, a little over a mile if you walk.

I love how spacious the rooms are and the variety of places to eat that is walking distance. Staff is friendly and there is plenty of parking as well.

One of the best hotels in the area! Friendly staff and so close to Disney and restaurants. Super clean, cozy rooms at a great price. I’ll be back!- second time around was not great. The AC wasn’t working in the rooms, the toilet had a weak flush and housekeeping barely cleaned the four days we were there.

Adriana Velasco needs to be fired, worst manager I have ever seen and customer service.

Showed up and got checked into the room and noticed it was immediately hot. Set the A/C at 70 and waited an hour or so and it got even hotter-87 degrees. The A/C was blowing hot air, went to the desk and they said “oh someone should have told you the A/C is out”. No one said anything at check in and we had a 2 and 4 year old.Asked for a refund and they said it will be refunded in 7-days and referred us to their sister hotel but said they couldn’t match the rate. After she told us they would, the manager Adriana Velasco was so condescending, rude, and just lacked over all professionalism. She said that I was lying and that someone told me at check in the A/C was out…………and no they didn’t.Why would I be okay with staying in a humid room with no circulation at 87+ degrees with a 2,4 year old? I wouldnt. She went on to say I was lying anyways, and said several people told me, and I pointed to the person who checked me in and she said she didn’t.Worst customer service and experience. I have been staying at Marriotts for many years, not only will I never stay at one again or continue with my timeshare. The fact that Marriott hired Adriana Velasco and she thinks it’s okay to talk to people that way and say I’m lying and be not helpful at all is a joke. She needs to be fired ASAP. Never been spoken to like this in my entire life and I have 3 people as witnesses, one of which recorded the interaction if Marriott would like that clip.

Really appreciate Adriana! I left behind some belongings on my stay. She was by far the most helpful working with me to get my belongings back to me. She went the extra mile to find the most affordable shipping and ensuring she collected of my information accurately. She was great at following up with me and would always return my calls. She by far provided the best customer service and really appreciate her going above and beyond for us!

Do not recommend. All four elevators are broken. They go up and down and don’t stop on floors. People got stuck in one last night so we had to use the stairs. They were doing the same thing this morning. There are no notes or warnings on the elevators that they’re broken. The front desk staff treated me like a criminal for wanting to use the stairs. I saw two people come back out after trying to go up multiple times this morning. The front desk staff member denied it wasn’t working and called security on me. They refused to provide access to the stairs. I was treated like a criminal and was forced to either use the elevator’s or not get back to my room. The security guard then followed me all the way to my room to “confirm I’m actually a guest here”. The elevator did actually work this time. However, if you have any fear of getting stuck in an elevator don’t book here because they are aware of the problem and choose to ignore it.The room:ProsCleanSpaciousRefrigeratorConsTwo tvs- both broken, they turn off and on every few minutesBathroom door doesn’t close, it gets stuck on the tile floorBathroom tub doesn’t plugShower head is so caked on with calcium the water shoots in multiple directionsToilet runsTub leaksRooms: ProsCleanSpaciousRefrigeratorConsTwo tvs- both broken, they turn off and on every few minutesBathroom door doesn’t close, it gets stuck on the tile floorBathroom tub doesn’t plugShower head is so caked on with calcium the water shoots in multiple directionsToilet runsTub leaksSafety: Elevators are broken. May take you to your floor, or back and forth between going up and down without letting you out. Staff this morning don’t care and will call security if you ask to use the stairs instead of risking getting stuck in an elevator.

Service was amazing. How could it not be when one of the former managers was also a manager at a disney resort hotel. The room had a comfortable bed, pillows, and sheets. My only complaint was that the AC didn't work at all. The few vents couldn't cool that room to save their lives! I don't know how but it went down to 45 but then went up to 73!!Noteworthy details: More hotels should have actual coffee shops in them like this one did. Kudos.
