extremely rude night staff. I visit Arco allover California frequently and this by far is the worst location I have ever visited. Get my usual iced coffee and zingers. Get to the register and the employee rings me up for a 24 oz hot drink. When I questioned why he rang up a hot drink he became hostile and told me my food and drink were on him tonight. I do not feel his aggressive attitude was warranted nor is it acceptable.

This woman was so rude to me. She’s on her phone while working and ignored me. She was short and disrespectful using a horrible tone of voice with me in front of my daughter. I don’t know how she has a job here this is not ok to treat customers like this. I came in today to take a picture so I can show she’s a horrible disrespectful employee.

The older Latina's lady with light hair was so rude to me arguing I didn’t go in the car wash at the right time when I waited till the car left to go in. I went back in and she was disrespectful and I asked for the manager he came out and I was trying to tell him how she was arguing with me not letting me talk being disrespectful and she started laughing and talking over me. He said he’d have a talk with her. No one deserves this

I came in to buy cigarettes and I had an american spirit coupon that is only useable at the store you choose and for only 5 mins. After I pressed redeem now did the woman & man behind the counter inform me that this store doesn't accept that coupon (even though this store is listed as one that accepts it) and once u redeem it that's it. So thanks to the two that are working right now I lost the ability to use that coupon. They should've informed me of the fact that the store doesn't accept the coupon that the american spirit website clearly states this store does, prior to me pressing the redeem now button.
I WILL NOT be coming back to this store again.

They have both restrooms closed, and a sign on one that said employees only. Then they got mad when I asked why I couldn't use them. Cleaning the bathroom is part of your job. Dec22, 800pm

Today, August 15, 2023 at 5:17 pm, I arrive at this ampm at Brookhurst & trask to buy a soda and some lotto ticket but this ampm employee name Ignacio is block the door for me not to come to the store..This ampm employee Ignacio kick me out of the store today at 5:17 pm.. This employee name Ignacio is kind of rude, disrespectful, and not nice toward me today..I want this employee name Ignacio to get fired from his job as a ampm employee. I am not happy customer and I give u guy a 1 star for customer service experience..I will not come back to this ampm again..Please fired this ampm employee Ignacio.

The older Mexican (at least I think she’s Mexican) woman with the bronzed blonde who works in the morning is very rude. I hope her life gets better because she seems miserable. This was my 1st time in the store. I will not be back.

Poor customer service and lack of respect for others. This guy is rude telling some customers they couldn't have a refill and cussing at them being foul. Making accusation saying they was stealing when I seen them at the checkout counter paying as he throwing slurs their way I don't recommend using the register with this man I the photo shown.

I just came into this store, and the lady behind the counter Leticia was so rude. When I first walked in, she was yelling at a man for taking a sip of his soda before paying for it and then snapped at me during my check out telling me I couldn't have cash back or turn in my lottery tickets. I understand shift change but there's no need to be rude or to have an attitude the way this lady had. Poor customer service all the way around! She should not be working with the public.

I come here pretty often and have had some rude encounters with a lot of the staff except for one. The staff member who is always nice and helpful and goes above and beyond is Ramon! He is seriously the best and I usually will only come to this gas station to fill up only if he is working. He has even given my car a jump when I was stuck at the gas station he definitely deserves a raise and some praise.
