Updating! Customer service came through They quickly sent a replacement cap, which I found amazing. We are still struggling to get the screen rewound so it retracts, and if we can't, we'll give this thing away. Can't spend $250 to ship it back! Fingers crossed. Original review (1 star): Received damaged product. The cheap plastic bracket for mounting this screen to the wall was cracked in two places, making it unusable. I purchased through Amazon, which said Elite Screens was an "Amazon Seller," so I would have to deal with them directly. Elite's "customer service" number on the return instructions goes directly to a marketing survey where they ask your age and then disconnect. My message to the phone number listed on the fedex label was not returned. Amazon says Elite approved the refund, unless the product is damaged when they receive it back from me. Of course, I'm returning it because it is damaged. Finally, all return shipping charges are to be paid by me. It is a long box that will cost a mint to ship.

Buyer beware and avoid this company like the plague. The absolute worst customer service. Try calling their phone. You will never get anyone who answers or a call back. They send you a damaged product and don't stand behind it. Elite, if you want to resolve this and my issue, contact me

Read the negative reviews and take them to heart. I purchased an item through one of their dealers and received a defective product. I've been trying to get them to resolve the issue for over six months and I'm no closer. They are unresponsive as is their dealer. Spend your time and money with someone who stands by their product.
