Every delivery is late. Trying to kill me or what? Have to call them every damn month. They come back with the same excuses every time. Very frustrating especially with certain medications.

Just don’t. My Dr. talked this company up big time and will soon have a pharmacy in office. I have experienced pretty awful customer service. My prescriptions were filled after I told them not to and had the prescriptions transfered to my Ralphs weeks prior. They had an address that was almost 2 years old. No clue how they had it because I would have been a new customer. The delivery guy called (to my surprise) and said he had meds for me. I told him to leave it at the gate and his reply was “gate” and then hung up. The meds were no where to be found when I got home. The next morning, before I could call, I received a picture in text of my meds. Obviously the wrong address and the message said they had been attempted for delivertwice and would be returned. I called ACHS immediately and had to wait on hold for more than an hour at which time I was disconnected. This isn’t the first excessive wait time. I can’t say anything good about them. On top of all of that they are supposed to be so good at working with insurance/getting best prices but Ralphs was able to get me a better price by $60. Even after I mentioned the savings card to the ACHS rep. The same one I used at Ralphs. They didn’t even attempt a precertification through insurance. If you value customer service, your money, and sanity…stay away.

Horrible horrible horrible service. They dont care about there patients or the employees. If u want to discontinue your medication, they will still charge you and refill your prescription without any notice. They improperly handle medication and improperly package medication, medication that supposed to be sent out cold is not in a ice pack or in the fridge pack. Not the best pharmacy to go to. I would stay away.A couple of my friends use to go there and it's always an issue with their medication or they charge their accounts without any notice to the account holder.

This used to be a good pharmacy, the last year it has gone downhill. They are completely disorganized and give you incorrect information. If there is a billing error or a price change, they charge your card on file without telling for changes, even after you told them to remove it The staff is rude. They do not document anything, or communicate at all.

First time using this Pharmacy and I was very impressed with the kindness and attention to detail. I had several mix ups with my script (no fault of theirs) and the staff answered the phone almost immediately and were able to help me with an urgent matter. Bryant at the front desk was super knowledgeable and very patient with me. He was obviously very busy and wasn’t overwhelmed or rude like some other pharmacies are. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!

1 star is to much for them! This pharmacy is the worst! Religiously inept at delivering meds up to 2 -5 days late. They always tell you the meds are being delivered today but they never arrive. I have literally gone into withdrawals on several occasions BECAUSE the pharmacy does not care about YOU! They lie over and over and then act like they are not responsible. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Brian and Marcus were very sweet and attentive. They quickly assisted me with changing my prescription from pick up to delivery. Definitely will continue to be using this pharmacy again!

Ok what is it with these Hot young guys working here but literally so derp da de derp. Reminds me of a Dispensary Vibe rather than an actual Pharmacy with the usual Pharmacy techs. I mean on the positive note at least they always have my medication, where as if I were to fill it at a normal CVS, Walgreens whatever .. there is always a 70% chance or so of not having my medication. But seriously!! First off why don't they have text notifications to inform their patients of medication status and whether it's to be picked up or delivered every time I get a new prescription I have to call them to find out the status. Also it usually takes like 2 days after prescription being sent from doctor until anything happens on their part. And don't expect it to happen if you don't call. If you don't call nothing happens. Last time I told them on the phone that I would come pick up the meds because it would take another day for the driver to deliver so I came in and then they told me they don't have my meds and they are in fact out to be delivered to me as we speak. I made my drive all the way from Anaheim to Garden Grove for nothing. This time I called yesterday told them I want it delivered, called again today before driver goes out at 12 for the deliveries and 1 it's almost impossible to get a hold of someone, the delivery line always has someone picking up the phone and say "please hold" and then you are on hold forever, never being connected back to a person to talk to. Finally got a hold of someone and was able to stop him before putting me on hold again to let him know I want my medication delivered, and haha here he is telling me it's in the "pick up" section. I clearly told them to deliver it this time! I don't want to waste my time driving out to Garden Grove again just to have the same thing happen again like last time. I swear it's like playing phone tag with these guys. Like I don't understand what is so difficult to listen and do one of the two that patient asks .. get it delivered or have it picked up. I'm so annoyed. Honestly. I think they are all on the prescription drugs that aren't picked up in time lol

Similar to other reviews, my medications were not delivered on time. This most recent time I was charged the full co pay and promised they would arrive Friday night (originally supposed to be delivered Wednesday). They weren't delivered Friday... because they're closed on the weekends I was left in a bind with no meds--my provider attempted to send my prescription to a CVS. But because they had technically already been filled--my insurance wouldn't authorize an additional refill so I paid out of pocket for 5 days worth (not cheap when there are 5 medications.)When I tried to air these concerns with staff the next week, I wasn't taken seriously, was shuffled around... made another promise for delivery on Monday... It's now Tuesday and I've finally got them.NEVER AGAIN.

I feel I need to let my fellow yelpers know about this pharmacy. This pharmacy is very helpful, I had a prescription that was very expensive, and they called me to give me options within a timely matter that the prescription was given that day. I am very thankful for the tech that follow-up with me. I got something similar and got it within 24 hours. The driver texted me and very responsive. Thank you, AHCS

Always rude. I have had to ask them to not speak to me the way they do almost everytime I called. They are so incredibly unprofessional. They've delivered a controlled substance to the wrong address, told me they were going to change my dosage around to get the amount I need of a medication they didn't have in stock, gave me attitude for not knowing the name of who I spoke with before and even told me more than once that I didn't have a prescription with them that I had, so they eventually "found it" and filled it. And I have had to ask them more than once if a medication they told me they would fill when it became available, was available because they will not fill it unless you call them first. And they will act like them checking availability for something is like you're asking them the impossible. I am going to pay more to use a different pharmacy because they are not worth it.

I first want to preface this with stating I have really crappy experiences with most pharmacies, generally with people that work in them more than the overall system. This company, every single person is horrible other than the drivers, which is limited interactions and they don't have a reason to be rude if I just sign something and they are off. Every month, medications are not on time. Usually in excess of a week late. I try to make do around the time as I get it, they have a network of people that have to be involved. However, every time I have to call? They are rude. They don't want to be contacted and are disrespectful, generally escalating the tone and creating a much more angry me (and probably countless others). Kanani is the name she gave me today, though I don't believe it is the actual name. She has an attitude about the fact that I am irritated, when I asked why there isn't some kind of notice sent out about reasons prescriptions are delayed being THEIR fault her response was "we don't have someone to call over 500 people to tell them something is going to be late". I'm sorry, but if you know you're going to be late on getting meds to someone and you have multiple medications for that person, none of which are being scheduled even though you are only out of one? Why are none being delivered? When I was asked what medication(s) I wanted to have filled, I responded and she showed attitude because I wasn't answering it in such a way that made her happy? I explained that I have been without meds for a stretch of time and therefore would likely benefit from both a lower and higher dose (it's an antidepressant which isn't considered a controlled substance, generally considered in stock as well) because it's dangerous to have time to detox from a medication just to go back to the higher dose. And the adhd medication I needed, which is more understandable to not receive, but generally pharmacies that value their customers let them know there is an issue....Which now I'm being told I have to call daily by "Anil"? For a prescription that is new monthly, when I was never told I had to sign some new paper to autofill and I wasn't told I had to call monthly to order my medications regardless of prescription being sent? The attitude and the need to talk over people and escalate the tone and issues by being terrible at communicating, expressing even fake empathy, and putting people at risk without medications they are prescribed for a reason as well as creating issues between the tone and the lack of compassion, haste, or emotional intelligence to treat customers like their business is important. I'm through feeling like I have to scream and complain to get meds that are late that are in stock in a timely manner and I shouldn't have to call every single day of my life to feel like a human at some point, given general regard as a customer. PS. The automated system you have to deal with doesn't recognize leaving a voicemail as option 2 outside of their business hours. You have to push 2, it tells you it doesn't recognize the entry, push 2 again, have it apologize there is trouble, and give more options. And then you have to wait. However, don't expect them to consider the option to return your call or likely even check it. I still had to call again, just to be treated like I don't matter. I can't help but wonder if it's because of my insurance the person who put me on terminal holds (the woman mentioned earlier) feels she should treat people differently based on what they think of their insurance and out of pocket cost. Needless to say, I'll be reaching out to my doctor directly in order to consider other options in the future.***edited to add***I was promised medications today, which never arrived. Kind of feels retaliatory because I reviewed them. But they also lied about not having a way to access people when their medication is delayed as they sent me 2 automated texts about having them ready

Wow, great pharmacy- very friendly employees, there are a couple 20 minute only parking spots in front of their suite, it didn’t take but a couple minutes to pick up and go. Good location right off the 405 near HB and fountain valley. Also not far from Seal Beach. I’ll be using them again.
