I recently ordered a GST-9 Mod100. The order was shipped quickly to my FFL and I was updated along the way via email. The process was fast and smooth. Then I had a tech question about the product which I submitted via email. I received an answer quickly which provided additional important details about my intended build.

Had an issue with the pivot pin block holes but 80 Percent arms customer service had a new one out to me basically next day freight which was also great.
Overall a great experience and would recommend them to my friends and family.

I purchased an item from them but since they were out of stock on a part I needed, I purchased the part from someone else. There was a problem installing it and when I contacted 80 percent, they were more than happy to help me get it to work. They are so friendly and helpful I can't think of a better company to do business with and I plan to do more with them in the future.

I contacted this company, for technical assistance! They responded with the fix I needed and even a video guide to walk me through my screw up! If I was independently wealthy I would for sure buy more of their products. I would recommend this company anytime, great customer service.
