It is bad customer service, the worker looks at you wanting not to sell and above all angry as if you did something to him, well he is a big and old man and he is like a Hindu ?

The man there is rude and gives bad costumer service. My friend and I went in and only had Apple Cash but he refused to let us pay saying it doesn't work when it clearly does.

I was in a long walk today and needed a Red Bull. I had my Frenchie with me. I tried to go straight for the Red Bull so I could get out fast but a worker saw me and told me I could not be there and my dog needed to get out. I asked him if he could grab me the Red Bull and I'd just hand him cash. He made a noise of frustration rolled his eyes and head at me and told me I needed to leave. I get it, dogs shouldn't be in there but I asked him to just help me out and he was super rude! People just can't help anyone out these days. Definitely horrible customer service.

Purchased propane gas today around 4.8 gallons worth. Usually refill at Western Propane but stopped by for slurpy and got it done. Total cost was $26. I was stunned. I should have realized there's no posting for propane. I asked how much it is per gallon and worker told me $5 a gallon. The going rate in California is $3.30. Either I was overcharged or this place overcharges. Better prices elsewhere.

They have the best blueberry muffins in town! Hands down 711 has done a great job improving their products. The 711 brand has outdone their competitors by far all the way down to their aluminum foil. They have fantastic deli sandwiches now too. Don't be afraid to go buy one and try it. They aren't like they used to be all soggy and boring. Try it. If you don't like it then return it. They have an awesome app which gives you points for free stuff and great deals too! ? ? ? 711. You Rock!

For anyone using their ATM, I have been phished before with one of the 7-Eleven locations nearby and lost $500. My bank eventually gave money back but it took 2 weeks while they were investigating. So I am a pro now at spotting ATM machines that may have one of these devices. This one has such device but not only does it have it, they did a horrible job of installing it so you actually see a corner loose. Thank god I saw this and told the employee working there at the time he should add an out of order sign to the ATM machine. Don't know if he did because I left the store asap and won't be coming back because usually when this happens, the employees are involved with the scammers. You been warned all. Good luck!

I sent my 15 year old twins to this 711 to get them a pizza and some wings with the point that they saved up on their 711 app , they were charged for the pizza an two order of wings only ended up getting the wings cause they were out of wings but yet still took point from there app charged 4000 points 3 times . So i went there to show them that they changed my kids for wings they didn't get they kept saying we gave them a discount you only can get a discount if you actually have the items they want. These two workers were so rude to me yelling at me an my kids ... so when i showed others in the store what they did all of a sudden they had wings after they told my kids they didn't have any wings ......., I wish I could post this without a star because they definitely don't deserve it.......

Came in here today and was accosted by an unhinged and irrational clerk. I simply attempted to use a Marlboro coupon, the same ones I’ve used at this store for years, only to be accused of being a thief and denied service.When I asked for an explanation or if the policy had changed I was just yelled at even more. To make it worse the employee decided it was a good idea to begin to talk and point at me to another employee in their native language.How rude!!! All it takes is a simple matter of training. All I did was present the coupon to receive the treatment.Stay away from this 7-eleven.

The most rude workers here. Not my first time with a bad experience here but today It's 6pm(everyone's getting off of work and getting get) and the employee was drying mopping (not wet mopping) the store and right as I was about to walk in he starts waving his hands yelling "no no no no" and rushing me out of the store. I turned around and left, going to another gas station by my house. There were other customers in the store that he was yelling at as well. Never coming back here, disgusting service. Don't waste your time or money here. I hope this gas station shuts down and all these a$$holes get fired
