Had my credit card info stolen from this particular seven eleven.. Turn sound. It is not the first time Customers have their credit card information stolen from this seven eleven. After making my police report the officer on duty Told us They had other people Who also filed a police report for the the same situation.. Definitely something shady happening in there.

9:15 pm 7/13/2023 pm, stop by to grab two big gulp cups of sprite from the soda fountain machine. No signs for out of order on the machine. Pay for sodas and pay 60 cents for a cup of ice which is normally free at other 7/11's. Return home and finally get a sip of sprite just to discover that there is no sprite syrup and it's salty carbonated water. Go all the way back and the clerk knew there was no syrup and yet still sold sprite and knew the delivery for syrup was another day away. Would not refund the soda and since they did not have any working sprite or 7 up and could not get a bottle of sprite in exchange and the clerk said we would have to wait for the manager to come in the next day. Like what the puck!!! Needed the sprite for then not another day and the clerks knowing there was no syrup and kept selling sprite with no note and being treated like we did something wrong when I'm just trying to get what I need and trust to be the product presented for people to buy. This whole experience just made me never ever want to go to 7/11 for anything ever again.

I've been working day shift for awhile now and decided that I could start going to 7-Eleven again...while there are still transients loitering around, I felt relatively safe. I've encountered this particular clerk for 2 days in a row now and he is not friendly at all. I totally understand that greeting your customers with "good morning" maybe asking for too much but at least respond when someone says "good morning" to you. It's just the right thing to do. If you aren't a morning person, maybe you should change your shift to graves.
