Called to ask about a smog check . He ends up saying I’m too busy and hangs up ….. I called again and hangs up . I called again and he answers . I said I want to a smog check and he hangs up . Worst customer service do not waste your time coming and supporting a business that doesn’t care about their customers that put money in their pockets . Worst experience glad I didn’t go service my vehicle here and gave them my money .

Ken Lee Manager and Jay. Both very courteous and Very helpful. One of the best experiences having your car smog. Went next door ate a sandwich. They had everything completed. Great service

Expensive and unreliable..!!!. be aware....my a.c. unit was not working right....they "fixed"the problem for $750 DLS .!!!...used my car only couple times and again...my a.c. not working properly.....took my car back thinking.."they will fixed...and they did...in 39 minutes and $200 extra charge..they don't care about costumer service..or a fallow up on a job..they will charge you..!!...and trust me..very expensive.....i will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE.....Service: General repairs & maintenance

Expensive and unreliable..i got some issues with my a.c...well $750 to fixed!!...now my ac.is working..just the fan was not working right...well after couple uses..i got problems again..the fan we s NOT working right..well..I'm thinking..they will fixed..since is a guarantee on the job..took my van...they call me to tell me will take 30 minutes..and $200 extra..!!!!!!..will never go back..

I've had 2 smog checks done here and they finished in the time they promised. They even took to the time to do a quick pre-check each time to make sure the system monitors were ready. Will probably be back for service or repairs if needed.

I have my oil change at this place, it isn’t run smoothly after I left there store and I bring my car back the next weekend the owner he is refusing to take a look what happens to my car. Bad service and they don’t know what they doing.Service: Oil change

They do their best with intelligence, experience and care to properly diagnose and repair our vehicles while explaining as they can so along the way. I have used 1st Class Auto many times and have had a good experience. Just took my car in for motor mounts and a broke seat belt. T get a new seat belt replacement from the dealership was about $300.00 and they went out of their way to find me a used one for $60.00 and installed it for me. Good as new. They have always informed me of charges and time lines and have always been accurate on their estimate (sometimes even lower) and on the service provided. I recommend this company if you need service for your car.

Always great service and doesn't pressure you into getting things you need or might need always says recommended by this state or it's overdue but you're able to come back whenever you want to have the service done.
