“I drove all the way down from Eureka to visit this place, and she was on lunch. How did that end? The moment she heard a customer was there from out of town, she dropped everything to see to it that I left a happy customer. Customer service doesn't get any better than that, and best of all? She was genuinely not put out by that.”

“Stopped in to grab a present. Had no idea what I was looking for and thought the place looked way nicer than what I could afford. After looking, everything seemed reasonably priced and the worker (owner?) was really helpful. Ended up spending $30 for a beautifully wrapped travel champagne flute in teal, that holds carbonation! Even looked up reviews afterwards and it's lovely product people seem to really like. I'm going back to get one for myself, lol.”
