Benbow Historic Inn is a beautiful, grand, and lovely historic hotel in northern California. It offers a wonderful and fantastic experience, providing a little slice of luxury. The property is amazing with gorgeous grounds, large old trees, and beautiful views facing the river and bridge. The common areas are really what make this place, featuring a historic parlor for tea service, a bar, and a restaurant with an old oak tree inside. The grounds are full of shade with lawn chairs, cornhole sets, and a game room that is a huge hit with kids. Some rooms include a terrace or balcony with a river view. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and cozy, with nice historic touches. Options include bunk beds and king beds described as the comfiest. The service is incredible, with supreme hospitality from attentive, friendly, and nice staff from the front desk to the restaurant. The food is incredible, great, and solid, though the restaurant is pricey. There is live music, complimentary brandy in rooms, and free coffee, tea, and scones. The location is very convenient, acting as a lifesaver with no other locations nearby. It offers river access, pool access at a nearby campground, and is close to state parks with amazing trails and redwoods. It is a great place to stop, relax, and would be excellent for a wedding or event.
Beautiful hotel in an ideal location if you are travelling along the US-101 and the food was amazing!

What a wonderful experience! The food was incredible! Jaun made our visit extra special!! The property is amazing. There was an issue with wasps outside and so we were seated quickly inside at a gorgeous round table. Fresh flowers everywhere. Start to finish it was perfect!
