Try to set a appointment for a savings account and felt like I was bothering them. Tried over the phone and in person. Could not get a appointment. Went to the Elk Grove branch and was treated well and professional. The Galt branch is no bueno.

Terrible, terrible, and terrible service. One of the staff members kept using their phone while customers were waiting in line. On top of this, this staff member was rude to the customer in the line.

You CANNOT deposit cash. I am trying to deposit money to my husband's account, but I have to go get a freaking cashier's check in order to do so. Outrageous. F Wells Fargo.
