This branch is the worst so they put a new ATM out front so I deposited cash in this machine and it rips one of the hundreds half way threw the one serial number on one side so I take it inside and they told me that I have to fill out paperwork and send it to the national treasury and that they will not replace it because they would have to do all this work, well news flash your machine did it you should have to, I don't understand what the thinking is here I hope this branch gets there stuff together because galt deserves better this is ridiculous

You CANNOT deposit cash. I am trying to deposit money to my husband's account, but I have to go get a freaking cashier's check in order to do so. Outrageous. F Wells Fargo.

Terrible customer service, they make me feel so uncomfortable, I was just trying to open a bank account and they ask to many personal questions that are not related when you are trying to open a bank account, plus they were rude.

Went to cash a check and was treated like a criminal because I wanted it cash. Said they would hold the check for a week until it could be available. Terrible service

WARNING: Scammers, Deceitful, Horrible customer service! If I could mark zero, I would. I deposited multiple checks into my account over a year ago. During this period of time I was never notified by Wells Fargo or the Federal Reserve Bank that there was any issues or concern with my account. Out of nowhere, I noticed that approximately $1,897.86 dollars was taken out of my account on four different occasions without my permission or knowledge. It all started in February of 2022. I received multiple checks from the Department of the Treasury. I went to my bank, Wells Fargo-Galt Branch to deposit. I was told not to endorse these checks by the teller as it was their policy when depositing multiple checks to just stamp them. Following their directives, I watched them stamp each and every check with a depository stamp. Approximately one year later, the Federal Reserve contacted Wells Fargo and told them they expect to be reimbursed for all the checks the Department of the Treasury had issued to me because I failed to endorse the checks as required. Amazingly enough, Wells Fargo didn’t tell the Federal Reserve Bank that it was their fault for stamping the checks rather than telling this claimant to endorse them. At minimum I would of hoped that Wells Fargo might have suggested that the checks be reissued and allow me to endorse them as originally required. Instead, they did nothing. They made no effort whatsoever to resolve or mitigate this problem. I spent months trying to get this corrected and spoke to no less than a dozen people. To this day, Wells Fargo refuses to reimburse my account for nearly $2,000 dollars that they withdrew without permission or notification. They just left me out to dry without so much as a lousy apology. I am literally sick to my stomach! I am currently looking for an honest bank that doesn’t steal from its customers. Funny, I’ve been with Wells Fargo for over 19 years. I’ve never been late on a payment nor have I ever defaulted. Thanks for the Great service guys. You should be ashamed of yourself. Tony V.

Terrible customer service, manager is rude and dismissive. Came in twice to open an account and was told no banking services are available without an appointment. Seems the only accounts WF is interested in opening are the fake ones opened by employees to get their bonuses. Will take my business elsewhere.

One of the worst banks to go to. I scheduled an appointment to see their notary person and I scheduled that appointment a day before. I was there on time, once I was there, sitting and waiting for them to get the notary done for 30 minutes. They told me they can’t do it for me. I do not understand why did they make an appointment for something that they can’t do? Also, then made me sit in the bank for 30 minutes, just to figure out if they can do it or not.While I was there, they were whispering to other people about me pretending like they weren’t talking about me. No respect for other person’s time.

Everytime i go to the bank and withdrawl 1k or more all the workers behind the desk feel the need to ask in detail what im doing with my money. Which i absolutely hate. Its none of your buisness. Please quit harrassing customers and asking personal questions and asking for details. I dont need to tell you that im sick and buying things for my illness period. Makes me want to switch banks cause this happens every single time and im tired of it. Horrible customer service.
