Today I went into Wells Fargo to see why my complete deposit did not show, only partial deposit. First the blame was placed on my credit union who had already withdrawn the complete amount. I was told your credit union has a hold on it, I call credit union and no hold. I go back in the bank and let them know credit union on the phone and they don't have a hold and all funds had been released. Then I hear the federal reserve is holding it. What a joke. There was one other person in the bank and no one offered to look further into it. To give me a clear response. Just pass the blame. I call customer service and get an answer that the bank employees should have been able to give me. By the way federal reserve has nothing to do with it. Because of the amount of the deposit the IRS would be the ones to be involved. I can't believe these employees could not give a correct response. So sad, you think Wells Fargo would have employees that know how the bank handles business.

Bad customer service, they made it seem as if I was cashing a fake check for the amount of 60 dollars because the writer of the check scribble his signature. I called the person who wrote me the check and had him let Wells Fargo know that he indeed sign the check. Very insulting and embarrassing. Not to mention the looked through my entire bank account history while I was waiting.

I had an opportunity to visit the Wells Fargo Bank on C Street in Galt, CA on 09-22-2015. The purpose of my visit was to close my account. The counter staff and an assistant manager were both very helpful and customer service oriented. I anticipated flack about closing my account which I did not receive. In fact there was no need for me to explain my reason(s). This small town branch and its employees were great. As a side note, there is no negative feelings about me closing the account. I am just moving all accounts to my central credit union. I have had great experiences with Wells Fargo and should I go back to a non-credit union institution I would go back to Wells Fargo.

I have been to a lot of Wells Fargo's in the area and I was really impressed with the service I received in this particular branch. I came in and was greeted by Kevin Rodas. He helped me with a question I had about purchasing a home. He was very knowledgable and helped me start planning to purchase soon.
