I was in doubt to stop by as the heat was crazy today. Alex has excellent customer service. He helped me make an informed decision and got me back on my way with my working phone. In November I purchased my phone & accessories. One of the accessories was a screen protector which I was informed has a lifetime warranty. The day I purchased my phone the staff member was having issues with the internet so it took much longer for the transaction. Today Jan 21 I went in to change screen protector & was informed I would have to purchase a new screen protector because I did not register it. I explained I wasn’t informed to register the screen protector. He just said nothing I can do but sale you a new one.

Verizon staff are always helpful, informative, welcoming and most especially I like the promos. For addition, everywhere I go VERIZON STSFFS ARE FIVE STARS. The Verizon store staffs is five stars! Thank you and keep it up!
