“An outstanding business. I took my vehicle to 2 other reccomended transmission services in the area who charged me a $125 diagnostic fee and held my car for around 4 days only to tell me my car was fine (it wasn't) and sent me on my way.
I called Lodi Transmissions and they, over the phone mind you, accuratley diagnosed my cars issue (faulty transmission control module) based on my novice description. Amazing.

“Phil's Auto has consistently taken care of my car since Bill retired (Auto Affair). My commuter Toyota is a 2010. While at almost 200,000 miles and still in great running condition, there are a few things here and there that have worn out and need updating. My shocks and struts, front left axle, brakes, and a vacuum leak are a few issues they have taken care of for me. The most recent issue I had was a little costly. They worked with me on the cost and I was able to get it taken care of in a price range I could afford. Vince is the one I usually deal with at the front counter. He's always so nice and happy to help with all of my questions. Phil, the owner, is very understanding and knowledgeable. I haven't met any of the others but they are always in the garage, hard at work. I'm happy to say I've finally found a trustworthy mechanic!”
“Great shop. No appointment necessary. Shop owner was there before the shop was supposed to open. He pulled my truck in and answered every question I had. Shop and waiting room were clean. Was done and gone 30 minutes later. MUCH better experience than the shop I've used for the last 8 years. Took another vehicle in a couple weeks later and left it for the test. Excellent service at a fair price. Even reminded me to complete the registration process within 90 days or the vehicle would have to be retested.Services: Diesels”
