When the app wouldn't work for curbside pickup, I called the store and the manager was amazing! I have COVID and he came out to my truck took my payment and my order and returned in a few minutes! That's TRUE customer service! Thanks Jim! You are a Rockstar in eyes!

This is my go to spot to buy nuts and bolts, sold by the pound! Much cheaper than going to other retailers. They have a good selection of poultry/livestock, chickens and ducks. Small section of hydraulics and tractor parts. When purchasing bolts, the cashier didn't know how to change the scale from ounces to pounds. I told her there are 16 ounces in a pound, and since the bolts weighed 32 ounces, it was 2 pounds. She didn't believe me and had to find a different scale.

Tractor supply is a great stop. I go in the store a couple times a week as well as order on there app. This location has some great employees. Kari is a great help and always kind when I see her. I just today came in and picked up a mobile order she helped me with for the pigs and then came inside and she helped me order some coral panels. 7 of 10 times they have what I need for a small farm property at the store. When they are out, I head to Lodi for what is out of stock in Galt. Happy to come to this location for the people and what I need.

This place is my favorite store in all of Galt. Great selection, knowledgable staff as well various experts in the different sections. Really make an effort to please the customer. I love there jeans - I have a pair 8 years old now and they still look great with no holes or signs of wear.

Rude, and unprofessional. Please use another tractor supply - this one is run very poorly. Not community oriented nor understanding of how farm communities work. Save yourself a trip.
