I refer this guy to everyone he is absolutely amazing and the fairest prices anywhere in Galt. Very honest and great group of mechanics. They have done it all for me, anything as simple as throwing brakes on for me in very big hurry and having to be somewhere had me out of there and to my destination on time all the way to completely replacing my engine and everything under the hood for an extremely fair price.

we're sent here to get a potential hose leak fixed. they were happy to take a look and very transparent about what the issue might be. unfortunately we didn't have the time to be able to leave our van for a day but if we did, i know it would've been in good hands!

I reached-out to TC Auto Care because my clutch fluid level was low, again, so something had to be leaking. My car is a 2007, so I figured it had to be an old hose fitting leaking. TC Auto responded that it would be $69.99 (for the inspection only, not to replace all of the hoses - my misunderstanding, nbd.) I had no appointment, but went anyway (just in case). Mr. I-forget-his-name looked at my clutch master cylinder reservoir, then had my car up on the lift in under 5 minutes (at this point I had been there almost 7 minutes). He inspected everything, indicated to me where things were, and explained where it would likely be leaking if it was. Neither of us was able to see any indication of leakage. I'll need to keep an eye on the level, but that is not difficult. TC Auto took time out of their obviously busy day to investigate (and explain) what turned-out to be a non-job. The mechanic was friendly, personable, highly knowledgeable, and made the experience easy and kinda fun. The next time my car needs work that I can't do, TC Auto is where I will go.

Super impressed with the service I received today. I've been struggling with an issue and check engine light for the past 4 years which has made it impossible to get smogged. On a whim I stopped by today and was told they could at least diagnose my issue today. They not only diagnosed but repaired this problem keeping the shop open on additional hour. They showed me the damaged parts and took pictures of the repair. Super impressed with the excellent service and staying late to complete the repair. Just found my new repair shop!

On Thursday 7/9, I stopped by TC Auto Care to check how much they charged to tune up my car, it's a v6 and they estimated around $300. I then told them I'd bring it in on Friday and when I came back another person estimated it'd be around $400-$500 so I decided to still use their services. When I went back to pick up my car they charged me $502.69 but then they suddenly told me they had to charge me $20 more because I used a debit card, what a joke. So I got my car and drove for 2 days and it didn't feel right. So I told my son to check out my car, when he opened up the hood there were so many parts they didn't even bother to reconnect. They also didn't even change my air filter, the oil level was even below the normal amount. It seems to me they don't know how to do their job correctly. My son has to fix everything they DIDN'T DO. This will definitely be my first and last time ever coming here. I genuinely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I already told some of my friends to not go to this place. It's sad they took advantage of new customers and their hard earned money, TC Auto Care are crooks!
