We wanted to upgrade to a higher speed plan, weren't sure if it was even possible. Levy came out to test and see if higher speeds could be achieved, they could not, BUT, Levy provided excellent professional service and made improvements that were almost as good as an upgrade! Thank you Levy!

Service tech Jason came to our home to help with our router and equipment on our house. He was courteous , professional and got us up and running perfectly! He was on time and got everything done quickly. Kept me informed about everything he did and all is running smoothly now. One very happy customer!

Jason and Levy just left my house after a service call and they were fantastic. Excellent customer service from these young professionals. They made sure to get me the absolute best service my existing equipment could perform at and walked me through everything step by step to make sure i had a better understanding of the system 10 stars out of 5.

Constantly losing connection, even when we had a dedicated line. Extremely overpriced for what you get. Customer service is essentially non-existent. They have ONE person available only limited hours and the constant refrain is "Have you tried resetting the modem"? Unfortunately it's pretty much the only thing available in our rural area.

I prefer working with local businesses, they care about their customers who are neighbors and friends, and have always gone the extra mile for me on the rare times we've had service issues. 5 stars from me, Softcom understands customer service, and how it should be done! A word of thanks to Softcom for holding fast to their original customer SERVICE attitude business platform. The harsh storms late 2022 , into early 2023 took a toll on our wireless equipment. Although our service was primarily steady, it had degraded to the point where it no longer worked at all.It was at this point where I called to request service. I spoke with one of Softcom's technical support team members and was informed that they needed to dispatch a field technician for further assistance. A team member arrived at my location withing one hour which is in itself commendable and after identifying himself got right to work.After a few minutes he told me that he needed to have a truck with a bucket respond so upgraded equipment could be installed on my antenna. One again the secondary team arrived within one hour and graciously maneuvered the truck through many obstacles in order to get it into position.At this point one additional team members arrived on scene and introduced himself as the technician whom I originally spoke with that morning. He reminded me that he was the original technician who installed my equipment and that he wanted to make sure he was there incase any questions arose with this unique instalation.Withing one hour I had a new wide beam receiver installed and aimed to the Mother Tower with precision. All of the rooftop antenna guy wires were tightened to spec inorder to keep the aim correct.I was so happy with the Softcom teams work that I offered to purchase for and drink for them, especially because the temperature was over 100 degrees that day. All graciously turned down my repeated offers and told me to enjoy the restored and improved service with I have.I have never taken the time to write about a company in the past but this Company exceeded my expectations and made me want to tell others.Thank you Softcom for not forgetting what got you where you are!Long time customerAnthony responded to my home far faster than expected where he greeted me with a smile and a positive attitude even though it was near 100 degrees out. Anthony took a deep look into my curent wireless system and informed me that he would need to change out some equipment in order to get the wireless system not only working but to increase the signal to our home from where it was.Anthony called in additional services techs and equipment to quickly and safely correct the issues.I couldn't be more pleased with the outstanding service, courtesy, and professionalism given to our family especially on such a hot day.Upon completion I offered to purchase food and drink for the crew as a small token of my appreciation but was graciously turned down.I simply can't explain how happy I am to be a customer of Softcom, and want upper management to know that Anthony is a rising star if utilized.Most humble thanks and appreciation,Grant HaneyLong time customer..

Softcom was amazing! Out in rural Walnut Grove we were able to get 95Mbps! Technician Anthony came out and helped us to upgrade our service! 5 Stars for Anthony and Softcom!

By far the worst internet provider in the area. Towers are never working and it takes days to restore . If you have options on internet DO NOT Use softcom.

Installation was fast. Installer very professional! My new Softcom Internet is 5 times faster than the T-Mobile 5G it is replacing. And, Softcom has even faster internet that I may upgrade to later. Very happy!!!

moved here recently. there hasn't been an entire week without the internet going down. it takes 1 minute to load a 20 second youtube video, 10+ days to download any AAA game above 60GB, 10 seconds to rewind 5 seconds on any streaming service, and it costs $150+ per month to get the worst service physically imaginable. softcom markets to a small community that has no other option but to choose this service because xfinity has a small service radius in this area.
