Not a good experience, specifically with Andrea; not only did she schedule my father incorrectly in her calendar, but she also believed it was our fault for arriving at a date sooner than she had planned. We arrived prepared and on time for my father to create his work portfolio for future purposes, and her tone indicated that she was unwilling to assist. Which was odd because when I scheduled the appointment a week before, she asked that I bring my father so she could speak with him. As an immigrant, it took a lot for my father to accept some assistance. I just wish there had been someone else who could have improved our experience.

Andrea and staff are the best always there when you need them. When I’m not working like now I leave the house at least 2 to 3 days a week and go sit there so that I can do resumes and critique uninterrupted
