I pick prescriptions up for my mother here, and since I come from out of town, I once had to have one of my own prescriptions moved here for a refill. These are wonderful people who demonstrate great customer service, and are very easy to work with. Thank you!

First time here and probably won't be back. Would rather pay higher prices from another pharmacy that has better customer service. Individual I encountered here seemed irritated to even be working. Maybe a bad day but shouldn't direct it towards customers. Went to pick up and being first customer in line, was told to wait since my order would take awhile. Ok sure fine, I'll wait even though i wasnt even asked if I mind waiting. Other customer is being helped and gets finished. Not one word to me about stepping away. Finally I get to pay for my stuff. Sign here for refusal. What does that mean? You refused consult. Never came out of my mouth. In fact I never even said a word to him. His entire demeanor is terrible. Not sure if he's always this rude or just an off day.

I placed a grocery pick up today & I messed up my order the gal Amber that came out to help me was so amazing so kind and was so nice about my screw up. She was a breath of fresh air after a long day at work. When I got home we realized that we were missing a bag I texted Amber and she found the bag immediately and brought it out to me… she had a smile on her face throughout both trips and was absolutely wonderful….. Employees like Amber is what makes me keep coming back. Thank you Amber for being such a great help today!!

Horrible customer service!! The bakery manager is rude and disrespectful!! I had went to get my coffee made they had to remake it 2 times and when I told her about it she waved her hand at me and told me she didn't care! MIND U I WORK AT A BEL AIR!!! She don't know how to talk to customers and she obviously don't like her job!! She didn't have a name tag in but she was an Middle Aged white lady with glasses. Never want to shop here again horrible service

I normally do my grocery shopping at the Walmart across the street but after the pandemic and people panicking, it looked like 70% of the groceries and essentials would go missing by the time I'm there. I came in 4 days after shelter-in-place took happened looking for simple meat for a simple dinner. They had it! They were stocked up on most of my essential needs like detergent, soap, napkins, paper plates, meat, beans, plent of fruits and veggies. I'd say 5% of the shelves were empty and there were signs allowing customers a limit of 2 for certain items. Coming here (compared to walmart across the street) and paying a little extra felt wonderful knowing that I can still buy some of the things I want/needed. I seen workers stocking up by the minute and checking up on empty shelves to make sure they stayed stocked. Raleys and their employees have been fantastic and helpful during this pandemic. Nurse's aren't the only heroes. :)

This complaint is only for Kevin be Every single time I come to your store and a go through the line where Kevin is checking he is always preoccupied conversating with somebody else. He has horrible customer service he is very careless with the food when he rings it up He barely says a word. I advise the store manager that reads thus to retrain him on customer service

I have always enjoyed this location very much it's good to come in here and get a sandwich or lunch or a snack or even a premade dinner thingy that you can take home at a very reasonable price. The selection inside the store is interesting I'm not able to find something simple like a no bake cheesecake box, But plenty of cheesecake already made options in the dessert and cake area... Before Walmart opened up this location had a phenomenal selection of products however you can just see that the selection has been decreased, Which is OK I guess I like knowing that there's a place you can go to to get the higher and quality products but unfortunately places like Safeway have you beat because they have the whole spectrum and then the highest end products to. So yes I like to come in here to get a sandwich or two or nice premade meal but I don't shop in here nearly as much as I used to, I remember 8 years+ back, coming here and shopping for my whole months worth of groceries in this one location and now I do that all at Walmart, it's bittersweet.

Good selection of produce and meats, nice deli selection, and good choices in craft sodas and cheeses. The bakery is okay, and the beer selection is quite a good one as well. They're a little higher priced than other places, but it's not too bad.

Very disappointing the last couple of times I've shopped at Raley's in the morning they have no registers open only self check out. It's so frustrating when you choose Raley's over Walmart but the customer service is going down hill. I would hope in our small town that Raley's would hold its customers service to a higher standard.

Nice and conveniently located has all the groceries you will need in a small town . Prices are reasonable and the have great deals on sales and promotions.
