I have had my storage here for many years and since it has been taken over by storage pro and new owner, I feel the service has been better. Great service, very pleasant person running these units. Always willing to help and very understanding and kind. Great people skills love having my stuff stored here, safe and clean. I have two big units here never had any problems. Love my storage facility.

I have 2 units here. The first one I rented out more than a year ago and the second one, just a couple months ago. When I called, Randy put my name on a list and called me a few weeks later to tell me they had the size I was looking for. Great communication, clean facilities and easy online pay options. Good stuff!

Great place! Clean and safe location. The manager is fantastic with communication and always courteous. So glad they changed management as my first experience was not so good.

Overall good experience. The only complaints would be that access to my storage was limited to their office hours, which wasn't always convenient for me. Also, a little on the pricey side.

Honestly such a great storage space! Easy set up and maintenance, all at a fair price! All of the staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Randy which I appreciated! He was always a quick phone call away if I ever had any questions. Also the property is extremely clean, never had any issues. I utilized the storage when moving my grandma out from the Bay Area into Sacramento county and they had a bunch of different sizing to choose from! I strongly recommend this storage space if you’re looking! If I ever needed to utilize storage space again, I’m definitely going back! Thanks Galt Self Storage!

I appreciate the strict security measures in place, including surveillance cameras and personalized access codes, which provided me with peace of mind knowing that my belongings were in safe hands.Overall, my experience with Galt self storage was nothing short of fantastic. I needed storage fast and Galt Self Storage provided! I was afraid the Holiday Weekend would be a problem but they signed me in over the phone and I was able to move on the date I needed. Very friendly and helpful!

On site manager kept the facility clean and with all the heavy rainfall, no leaks in my unit.
