It's hard to find shops like this anymore. Honest, reasonable, and efficient. I dropped off my (new to me) truck with a long list of things to be done (brake master cylinder, tune up, oil change, transmission service, transfer case service, differential service, etc.). Mike completed the list of items, identified some additional repairs and was overall very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop for all of your automotive repair and service needs. Truly a refreshing experience in todays automotive repair environment.

Took a hard to troubleshoot issue with my 2002 f350 out there and they made sure to get to the bottom of it. Went above and beyond, appreciate finding a good diesel mechanic in town I can trust and rely on!

I've lived in Galt for the past 7 years and I pass by this shop multiple times a day- but I'd never gone there for service before. Today, I decided to stop by for a service. I was immediately greeted by the owner, Mike. He was super professional, helpful, knowledgeable, quick, and fair! He provided the service as a courtesy, when he could have easily charged or over-charged me! He also didn't attempt to sell me a boatload of things or repairs I did not need. I had no idea such wonderful customer service existed anymore. I'll never pass up his shop to go to Firestone again. I'll be recommending him to my coworkers, family, and friends. You get a personal, yet professional feel with quality work. Thanks again Mike!

I took my daughters truck in to have some oil leaks repaired. I spoke with Mike, and requested he replace the oil pan gasket and the rear main seal (both are big, expensive procedures). After I left it, he looked at the truck on the rack and determined the rear main seal was not leaking and called me to inform fill me in. He replaced the oil pan gasket, and a belt tensioner (that he noticed was about to fail), cleaned the engine and rechecked for any leaks. So far, all seems well. I have experience in the auto repair field, and appreciate Mike's honesty. He does business how it should be done. I would absolutely give him my business again.

I had to get a 3rd party mechanic assessment of my truck because of discrepancies I had with their review of my trucks needs. I called around and they were busy but seemed understanding to my situation and they agreed to do the assessment for me. They did a thorough assessment and provided me with a written account of what my truck was needing.
