Great gym for a small town mom and pop gym. Has everything I need. It gets crowded but so does every other gym. Very clean. The only negative for me is a women who works at the front desk. Always talking on her cell phone or just talking very loudly in general about her shift or other staff. Not very attentive.

Rates are a bit high for a small local gym. Good, friendly staff. Equipment is in good shape. Though there are always lots of people there, I can always find open equipment to use.
