Would give a zero ,this store manager never helpful, Saturday the 5.00 coupon never works, the cashier tried to use hers ,the seniors, I brought called me from where I, was at said there's didn't work this is fraud and ongoing for years, mind you they had been selling us products rat infestation for years, just cleaned that store out, they should be closed down, lazy workers on Saturday unhelpful....said nothing she can do as a manager she always say, I don't no, ai purchase my stuff mince the 2,75 cent candy, she never came back to give me corporate info said go on web, I'm visually impairment. Good products, great deals. It's too bad their closing many of their stores for various reasons. The nearest store to me will now be at least half hour away.

I should had not ordered from family dollar... i ordered a product throught their website.. recieved the order confirmation and the email stating that i have until.today to.pick up.my order... went in and wow to.my surprise no package. The girls in there are like we no nothing about how this worlks ( not my problem ).. i told her that i want my order.went in to say that she cant do anything but get a hold.of there manager... or i can come back in the afternoon... im like NO... currently on the phone with the coporate office to see about my order.. WORTHLESS STORE... NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN
