Have been a client of country oaks veterinary for over 20 years. Tried to bring my dog in and since she had not been there They removed her as a patient because she hasn't been sick in a few years. They offered me an appointment in a month. That's unacceptable please use another vet

Best vet in the area. I drive from Stockton beacause all others I've tried are just out to get your money. The staff all love and care for animals; they are professional and respectful.

I've had a few experiences here, all bad. One dangerous, meaning they almost operated on the wrong limb. Your pet deserves better.

Have you ever heard of a cat enjoying going to the vet? I had to bring my elderly cat in for a problem we noticed and they -quickly- diagnosed him with Diabetes. We've been 2 times now in regards to his new diagnosis and will be going a 3rd in a couple weeks, but let me tell you ? this cat happily gets in his crate to go see the vet ? he goes in happy and leaves even happier after all the love and attention he gets. Monster loves his vet office ?

They are booked 3 weeks out , they don't have enough staff or Vets and their hours of operation don't serve people who work.AND they don't care about YOU as a client. If you say anything to the person that answers the phone about any scheduling issues. THEY DONT CARE. If you are ABLE to have your pet seen, they are good. but good uck with that.

This vet was good at first, but suddenly they've been horrible. Rude employees. They tried charging me for a service I didn't even receive. They sent me an invoice for a " no show" so I called and it was because they called me to see if I wanted to come in because someone canceled. At first I said yes but after I hung up I called back and told them I wouldn't make it. She said " okay I'll move you back to your original appointment date, no problem" call ended we moved on. Today I got the invoice, I called and asked them for what it was the same lady and she said it's because I did a no show. A no show???? To an appointment that was never originally mine??? I told her that and she said it didn't matter that they could've filled it with someone else. I told her I called you a few minutes after I hung up and on top of that you should've mentioned that when we spoke and you told me there was no problem. She said " ok we'll I didn't mention it but the invoice will still be here for you" I said for what???? You guys can't even get the dog correct that I'm calling for. They keep putting that my boy dog gave birth.... Anyways I told her I'm not paying for a service I didn't receive and with that you can't even get my dogs gender correctly. She just kept saying that the invoice will be there. I told her ok don't worry I won't go back to you guys and hung up. They're ridiculous and unprofessional.
