Great customer service. Alway fast service and they explain everything in detail when you open an account. They call you just to see if your comfortable with your account. Very personal bank.

The by far WORST bank i've ever had the unfortunate pleasure of doing business with. Therefore, i'm going back to Wells Fargo. The aforementioned bank is so limited in their online services that it's a joke. How they stay in business is a wonder.

Just got an emerald card looked up places to get money off this card for free this place popped up on a map on the website. Not true this place charged me $1.50 just to look at my balance and another $3.00 to take money out. I could have just gone across the street to the gass station and used the ATM only got charged 1.50. I no 4.50 isn't much but still i dont have money to just give away because this place is falsely advertising free withdrawals.
