Not one to write bad reviews but I tried to be patient with them. I requested 2 times to the person at the front register to have someone open the glass box to get some breakers and after waiting 7-10 min no one came. I walked out, passing the front register again and with no people in line and talking amongst themselves and no inquiry whether anybody came to open locked glass case.
There is a lot of potential in the store but it’s not cutting it. They should have leased the space next to it before muscle max got it to expand the stuff they can sell. The only reason this store is open is because there is no competition in Galt.

Dark and dreary. This Ace doest have the energy other Ace's have. The employees were nice and somewhat helpful, but it was if they were all sentenced to work there.

I don’t know which ace hardware store they’re going to but it’s not the one in Galt, place has young kids working in there don’t know nothing about hardware don’t know where nothing is at and they stand around talking to each other about their night before no service at all.

Best ace around, everytime I go there to find parts no one carries. Their knowledgeable and willing staff help me make parts and find bolts and screws specific to my needs. No one does that.
