“Will I'm more of hardscape builder . Ponds fences landscape design. I DON'T KNOW all their Latin words FOR CALLING THE PLANTS That's just a pain in the ass. But I know what I like. I do the best I can. I bought in several thousands and thousands of dollars from them over the years and even where I work now. They were good selection where you can buy more than just one plant especially if you're cropping . The prices are fair but. Have gone up in the last few years especially with the rising cost of doing things and labor cost. They're pretty knowledgeable and knowing what they have out there they do a good job of putting it in the right order marking it properly watering and taking care of it for years I love more buying 5 gallon 15 and larger plants and trees they do much better and you get more of a wow factor faster . For what will I am planning . I GUESS YOUR TREE SECTIONS REALLY WHAT MAKES THEM BIG IN THE COMMUNITY BUT HAVING HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS OF THE SAME VARIETY OR OTHER VARIETIES MAKE IT EASIER TO DO LARGE PROJECTS AND TO CHOOSE JUST THE RIGHT PIECE OF THE PUZZLE TO MAKE IT BEAUTIFUL. GOOD HELP VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM OTHER THAN WHEN YOU GET TO THE END AND SEE WHAT IT COST IT DOES KIND OF THROW YOU HEAD BACK .”
“Great assortment of plants to purchase; however, the real treat is touring the gardens. Wear comfortable shoes and explore. If you want to see trees and flowers in a natural setting Sonoma Horticulture Nursery is the place to visit.”
“My wife is a garden designer and really appreciated the effort that went into making the arrangement look more natural as opposed to a hodgepodge of flowers and greenery. Thank you.”

685 W 3rd St, Santa Rosa“This is a great little spot. All of the usual suspects that one would expect to find at a green grocer. Seasonal produce fresh lovely appearance and presentation of produce.”
“Nice lavender maze that visit. Nice view. Cute little gift shop with freshly made lavender products. Relaxing and tranquil place to get some fresh air and short walk.”
“Very good selection of outdoor plants! Good selection of nice pots in many styles and colors. Mediocre selection of indoor plants. Nice location, friendly staff. Reasonable prices.”
“This is one of the best nurseries I have ever been to. Truly a hidden gem tucked in between the gorgeous farmlands of Sonoma county?
I'll admit I may be a little biased since they seem to specialize in the kind of stuff I personally am most interested in? but for any other succulent and bonsai enthusiasts out there definitely keep this place bright on your radar if you're ever passing through the historic gravenstein highway just south of Sebastopol?
What makes this place stand out to me especially is that they propagate their stock in house? They have a few greenhouses packed full of gorgeous, some even more rare plants, and plenty more blocked off from customers with even more stock that they rotate out throughout the year. Just peeking in I could see such amazingly grown succulents just waiting for their time to soak in the sunshine of your garden/collection?
I feel so lucky to have moved just up the street from here. I'll have to do my best to pace myself? but even just coming through and admiring the rows upon rows of vibrant bonsais in such pleasing plantings will have you leaving so inspired and filled with love for beautiful plants?”

3244 Gravenstein Hwy N, Sebastopol“I really like their selections of tomatoes, peppers and basils (amongst other things, but especially those) and you can usually find some slightly unusual varieties here.Minus one star because a lot of the time the labels are not accurate.”
“Don’t want to one star it cause I don’t believe it’s their fault. I’ve tried to visit a few times in the passed 2 weeks but they are always closed. Google says they are open I finally got someone to answer today and turns out they are closed during winter. Maybe someone can update the google hours so people don’t waste their time driving over. Can’t wait for it to actually be open. Looks really cool from the outside.”
“Sweet little local nursery with great unique things and a very friendly staff. We love to come here every year and get our live Christmas trees! They are affordable and last beautifully and you can return them to be replanted or plant them yourself.”
“This is the real thing. Nothing cute about it — big sacks and buckets of seed and fertilizer, native grass seed by the pound. I love this place — makes me want to be a proper farmer.”
“Love this place so much my ultimate dream to have a garden of my own one day the lady there I'm guessing the owner is very nice and sweet owners are very friendly”
“Great selection of curated veggie starter plants. Varieties that you won't find in a regular plant nursery or at Home D. The other perrenials and annuals were healthy and well tended. Beautiful selection of bulbs, some unusual ones. Compelling glassware and vases. Naturalistic and inspirational displays. I had a great time just wandering around and looking at things. Purchaed some italian red endive starts and some trailing rosemary that I had not seen before, also some paperwhites and dark red anenomie bulbs. Great place to go with a fellow gardening addict!”
“Great place to take your yard waste, with super affordable pricing. I went to the dump on santa rosa Avenue, and they wanted $85. At grab and grow it cost $20. It's nice that the yard wate is recycled into mulch and other products.”

2780 Yulupa Ave, Santa Rosa“I love this plant shop. They have a great selection of outdoor and indoor plants. They also have a huge selection of outdoor plant pots that are super cute. Their indoor selection is great to. Knowledge of the staff for indoor plants was ok but I did find a guy that worked in the outdoor plant area that was great. They don’t have selection of rare plants so if that is your thing I would try a different place. I have a few of their indoor pots and they are cute. They are a bit on the pricey side, but that is just me. They also have a good variety of decor stuff if that is your thing.”
“Ordered some flowers for my best friend's mom's 70th birthday and they completely surpassed my expectations. The arrangement was exquisite! I ordered them from South Carolina and they were delivered same day. She loved them!”
“I’m terrible with names but the woman who works up front is the nicest and coolest person in the whole place. There is one younger mechanic guy who is cool but I don’t know if he’s even there anymore. Either way I like the place and I’ll keep going there.”

6280 Hembree Ln, Windsor“I visited the Windsor store instead of Santa Rosa and Rohnert Park because they had the items in stock. On arrival I could not find the insulation that appeared online. A Hone Depot associate was called and he found the palette on top of the rack and proceeded to get it down. He even loaded the 20 rolls onto my cart an assisted me to the checkout line. Thanks David, you're the type of employee they need more of. Hoping you advance and pass along your caring nature to others.”
“Robert was so helpful when my Grandma and I went in to buy a bathroom vanity! He took his time finding what we needed and calling another store that had it in stock. Thank you for being so helpful.”
“such a deal, i have for you!!....great plant selection, good pricing and an excellent cause....you had better bring a wagon or a wheel barrow!! bring your checkbook or cash...they don't do credit cards....the staff there are knowledgeable and friendly, so don't be afraid to ask questions!! i'll write more the next time i go....”
“They have everything that you need from your yard to your kitchen or just some decorations for the yard.
It's hard to get help sometimes in a store like that.
However, if you know what you want, you can get it. Self checkout or have a team member ring you up and purchase your products...
They have stuff for all seasons. All projects, this is my go to place. They give you discounts if you're professional or veteran just ask...”

100 Bicentennial Way, Santa Rosa“Jeremy at Santa Rosa Home Depot has helped us out twice: once with plumbing and another time with getting keys made. But I'm sure he's not limited to that. He seems to be a very capable guy. What really stood out is that went out of his way each time to make sure we got what we were looking for. He didn't just point us in the right direction of a part. He made our task, his task. He was also knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and friendly. But it really stood out that he went the extra mile and invested himself in making sure our project, whatever it was, was a success. Thanks for going the extra mile Jeremy!”

“First time I have been in that store. Found most of what I was looking for. There was no help in hardware, and was a little heckti ke. There was a young man helping and he was out of his element.
He was very kind.”

“Knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff. Best native plant selection in the area. They regularly update their inventory online. Wide variety of beautiful propagations.”
