The worst branch of a terrible bank ! 1 teller open , 10 people in line - all employees sitting at their desks rather thank help clients _ place sucks !

This branch doesn't care about their client. Long lines maybe 5 ~6 waiting but these tellers doesn't care. They just chat and very rude especially this African American bank teller who was there but everyone there are not professional and helpful. Time to change my bank du to unprofessional employees.

Update your hours, I drove here on a Saturday after the first Wells Fargo I visited had a line out the door. When I arrived this Wells Fargo branch on Malvern was closed. Ours on the door stated open Monday through Friday. Hours on yelp stated it was open on Saturday until noon.

At apporx 09:30, 8 customers & 2 tellers only. The rest of the employees are talking to themselves. 09: 45. I'm still waiting in line.

Slowest bank ever. If you go in when it's busy, you're looking at 20 minutes per 5 customers. If you go in when it's empty like I just did (one person being helped) you might still wait 10 minutes while nothing happens. You wouldn't believe how many times I've walked out of here just to go to another Wells Fargo because I know that even with the drive, I'll still finish faster. Why do people still use big banks anyways? We have a business account here and I've been trying to get my partner to switch to a credit union. Anyways, I've arrived at another branch. Wish me luck!

I had to cash a check there a few weeks ago. You need two forms of ID and i didn't know that, i had my ID and EBT card and he said he would do it this one time. And i got the whole amount, they didn't take a fee.
