Excellent service Store Manager always welcoming asking questions very professional. All checkers are very welcoming. Great store to shop good customer service terrific management thank you for makeing our shopping a great experience!!!!!!

I spent 5 hours of my day trying to fill a prescription that my Dr immediately sent over the minute I got to Walgreens. The lady behind the computer was so unbelievably UNHELPFUL it was shocking. I told her I needed to fill this asap and the pharmacy received my prescription and the lady told me the address on the prescription was wrong and she couldn’t help me. So I immediately called my Dr and they immediately sent over another prescription with the correct address (It happens). Then she told me it would be at least an hr till it would be ready, which I found strange because there were absolutely no customers coming in to the pharmacy while I had been waiting in there for the previous hour, so I decide to leave. An hour after leaving I received a text alert saying they received a prescription from my Dr and it was pending, and it was my mistake to assume pending meant it was being worked on. So I wait another hour or 2 before looking at the text again and noticed there was a link I could click for info on my prescription. And when I looked it said pending - medicine NOT in stock. So I called and after wasting 5 hours of my morning and now it’s after 3 and I am without my seizure medication all day thus far I ask this same lady if they are out of my medicine why on earth had she not told me that when I first came in HOURS ago???
- being treated like this in as serious a situation that this was is totally unacceptable
- there was absolutely no customers at the pharmacy it was literally dead
- I live across the street and my wife and I go in there often and usually there’s not even another person in the entire store
- I went to another pharmacy after and was helped and out of there with my medicine in 10 mins
If you are seeing this DO NOT GO THERE they won’t help you, they simply don’t care

I should’ve read the reviews before I designated this Walgreens as my pharmacy. STAY AWAY! Nothing but problems.Long story short, pharmacist doesn’t know what she’s doing, the staff will do about bare minimum + it looks like their understaffed. Ultimately, I’ve been physically going back-and-forth with the pharmacy and my doctors office because they didn’t carry the medication I needed after post-surgery. They failed to notify me and faxed the wrong doctors office. The Walgreens staff made it seem like it was our fault. Day of, post surgery, The pharmacist is reading the prescription wrong, and will not fill. We had to make so many calls to make this work. Finally pharmacist said, “oh I figured it out on my end”.In addition, many people waiting there were complaining about how they were having issues too. Nooooot a good look.I’ve never had to deal with so much just for my prescription. Please STAY AWAY!

One more review for just the terrible, rude lady at the pharmacy. Not sure if she's a tech or the pharmacist herself but just all around unpleasant person. Skip this place and head over to CVS down the street.

I found some Nacho Cheese Takis. They're really difficult to find in other stores. Small parking lot. I got myself a Black Stag Vanilla Iced Latte. Total came out to six dollars and some change. Cashier did not seem to be very happy working there, but he was pretty kind to me and customer before me. The chips and iced latte were easy to find. Overall, I'm glad I found those Nacho Cheese Takis, and I enjoyed my purchase.

No help at all in the pharmacy! Too long of a story to tell on yelp. Either way no medication was received. Waste of a week.

This store is not as bad as people are making it out to be. They have decent prices and selection of items here. I've never used the pharmacy so no comment there, but for other things like snacks and general meds they are pretty good.

This is solely about the pharmacy. The location is walking distance so I had my hospital send the prescriptions there. First time I went in and pharmacy was closed, during the hours said to be open; there was a sign up but I forgot what it was for (break or lunch I assume). Went back later and the lady working at the pharmacy said she couldn't give me the prescription because the pharmacist was at lunch and to come back in half an hour. Went back again a day or two later and the same thing, pharmacist was on a break, wait 15-20 minutes. I called the hospital and asked if I could pick up at their pharmacy which I did. Second time, was coming from a root canal. Had my dentist send pain killers and antibiotics tho Walgreens; get there...pharmacist in lunch and she couldn't give it to me. I was in pain and pissed but my dad had given me a ride said let's just wait even though I didn't want to...THIRTY minutes later they give me the prescription and the pharmacist tells me to take one pill every six hours for pain and the other three times a day til pills were gone...literally what was printed in the label. :-/ Latest experience. Hospital was out of what I needed so they asked where to send...I figured this time it's gotta be better right? Nope. 3 hours after my appointment ends and it's not ready yet. Get a text 30 minutes after that saying it's ready. Go back? Closed during business hours..for a break maybe? Go back and pharmacist on lunch...like wow. These are not sane times I'm going, how are they always in break or lunch. I get the need for breaks and lunches as a worker myself but how out of so many times (and different times) an I always showing up at that time. Wow. I get a call over the weekend saying it's a courtesy call to get my prescription; I said I wasn't feeling good, they said they'd see if they could deliver and get back to me, never heard back. Went back today to pick up and they said I never picked it up so they put it back but they could refill it and it would take a couple hours....but hey I think the pharmacist might have been in. Lol. I will drive further to get my prescriptions elsewhere. The gal working at the window didn't seem rude like others say on here she just seemed like she could have cared less whether I got my prescription or not..and really why should she, but I'll go to a location that is more customer friendly. I do love the store and the people in other parts of the store have always been super nice to me and I'll continue to go there for that but I'm done with that pharmacy.

Don't use the pharmacy here to get COVID tested. The rudest workers. I'm a healthcare worker and having to be sick and drive myself to the pharmacy to get tested was brutal. When I arrived earlier than expected to my appointment the worker turned me away and said come back in 20 minutes...to a sick individual who probably shouldn't even be driving. I asked her if there was anyway I could get tested right then and all she said was "no" Honestly so sad how people can treat others. Use common sense next time and be empathetic.

Terrible customer service. Went to pick photos and two people behind the counter refused to help since they were doing something else or not in charge or something. There were 3 of us waiting in line and these staff (they were wearing IDs) didn't even call their colleagues. After 10mins I asked them again and that's when they started calling other people. In the end, the guy who helped me was the first guy I saw behind the counter. Never ordering here again.

I 've never seen such rude staff like here.When I asked a female employee to take a passport photo, she grumbled at the male employee next to her. She looks like she didn't want to do it and wanted me to leave. But I had no time and choice. I had to have my passport picture.She said the photo will be ready on the next day but another male employee took my passport photos for me and the photo was ready after 2hours on the same day.I will never visit this walgreen and it wasterrible experience.
