I have been fighting the incompetent call center for 3 months to resolve an issue. Luis is the man. Came here twice. Both times he was able to get the next step resolved. If you need anything, upgrade, new line , I highly recommend you drive here and ask for him. He knows how to ensure it's done right.

This replace is horrible. We have been Verizon users for over 20 years. My husbands phone was stolen and had to buy a phone at a different location. We were told we can get help transferring the data at the location we have gone in the past. The manager, John refused to assist as the phone was not purchased there. He literally said go where you paid. My husband asked isn't this Verizon and it should be no matter where you go? He said, yes it's Verizon, but I don't want to help you. We will never go or recommend this location ever again!

There are two people at this store who do a great job and got me to raise my rating from one star to three. While Verizon is still the best of all phone carriers, they could do better it was kind of a nightmare getting my new phone set up and working correctly, but now that that pain is over I’m sure it will be smooth sailing from here on out.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I purchased a phone and they charged me for things they never did like a fee for transferring data when i did it myself. When i complained to the manager they did nothing! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

My wife had a bad experience with a rep. She went there 03-20 around 7.30. All we needed was to have a rep call UPS, to redirect our new phone to a UPS store. Because UPS could not make the delivery, they claimed they could not find our apt. Back to the rep. she told my wife to have seat. Then the rep.went around helping other people Then after seating for 10 minutes and seeing the rep helping others. My wife just wanted to know what is going on. The rep. told her, that she would have to come back tomorrow. This upset my wife as the rep could have told her that sooner The rep then told my wife to leave. So we decided not to worry about the new phone, that I would stay with my screwed up phone. As UPS and Verison are incapable of giving me my new phone.

I recently visited this Verizon store and encountered an extremely disappointing experience with the manager, Ivan. I came in with a discrepancy regarding an upgraded device on my account, hoping to get some assistance. However, instead of providing any help or support, Ivan simply stood there and repeatedly stated that he couldn't help me.
His lack of initiative and unwillingness to assist left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Feeling utterly neglected, I decided to seek help elsewhere and visited another Verizon store. To my astonishment, the issue was rectified within mere minutes by the staff there, proving that the problem was not insurmountable as Ivan made it seem.
Ivan's utter disregard for customer satisfaction reflects poorly on the store's management and undermines the credibility of Verizon's customer service. I strongly advise potential customers to avoid seeking assistance from Ivan, as his incompetence and lack of assistance can only lead to frustration and wasted time.

Do not talk to Ivan. Very rude and unprofessional. This location needs to be closed down. Looked like a ghost town inside while everyone that works there is just playing games on their phone. Very hard to talk to and communicate with. I highly recommend another Verizon location.

Great experience.. just some of their policies are lame. They have an online deal up to $1000 on a trade-in. I upgraded to s24 Ultra. Had to call to do the upgrade to get the deal and wait 30 min in store for it to be ready for me to pick up. Pther than that.. the store is great. No waiting when I went . People are very helpful.

I was dreading this. I went to the store to get a new phone and plan. I was helped by Ruby. One word. AWESOME!!! She walked me through the whole process, which included transferring all my data. It was totally seamless and effortless. Great job, Ruby!!!

Came in to Verizon today 1/20/24 to purchase a new phone for my doughtier. Victor helped us pick the right the phone he had tons of patience with us. He really made the experience great. Thank you Victor for setting us up!!

Horrible customer service. I ordered online and it was supposed to be a quick pick up. Yet I waited over 20 minutes to get my "quick order" a guy by the name of David said the safe was locked yet I saw him go back there twice. If I could give them 0 stars I would've.
