I really Like vans but I have a bad experience at this location. The moment I walked in the guy asked me if I had any questions I didn't have a chance to get into the store or to look at the shoes. Then he asked me a bunch more times and I had to tell him I have to look first before I have any questions you didn't give me a chance to look. Meanwhile he's standing right behind me making me think that he thinks I'm going to steal. People like this make me think that they think that I'm stealing and I see this as harassment. I ended up buying the shoes only after I left the first time and went next door to Tilly's and they didn't have anything I wanted. This made me feel uncomfortable and like I was being harassed and I wanted to show him my cash app account and floss on him. And I probably would have bought more if I didn't feel like just grabbing what I needed and getting the hell out of that environment .this kills the shopping experience and when you make the wrong people uncomfortable they're going to leave poor reviews and not buy from you again. My goal with leaving this review is that management can address this issue because if I was made to feel uncomfortable who knows how many other people have felt the same and decided to either not buy anything or not spend as much money as they were originally planning to just like me. if management sees this review the name of the associate is Matt. It's on my receipt.Hopefully they address this to help improve the shopping experience for customers in the future and if they don't it just shows they really don't care. Other way I'm never coming back to this location again. And I don't steal I leave poor reviews when I have negative experiences.

Worst customer service I've had in a while. I asked Gwen if she could help me order a size in the store she said "why don't you do it on line what's the difference?" I'm a single mom trying to order shoes in the store for me kid. Stressed to the max and my husband recently died. I'd of liked to receive help and not an attitude.

I have been shopping here for years. The store is small but beautiful. The staff is always friendly, and nice. They may not have a lot of stock but they will handle your request. Love it!

Do not do same day pick up!! I ordered early morning and got an "order received email". It was 4:30 p.m. and I still didn't get an email that my order was ready so I decided to just drive out there anyway. I called them when I was parked outside and asked if they did curbside pick up even though when I ordered it said they did. It also said it was in stock. The guy who answered said yes. I explained to him what happened. I can see from the outside there were associates standing around with not many customers. I ask if he can just have someone bring my order out and he says typically it takes a week to process such orders and that sometimes even when it said in stock it wasn't. He said he would talk to his manager and see if he can expedite it. He just gets my first name and says bye and hangs up. I get out of my car, go inside, and ask the first associate to get me the shoes I want. I stand in line and the manager, a blond female, asks if I was the one waiting for the online order. I say yes and show her the shoes and she says did someone give you this?? She then grabs the shoe box from me. I said I already paid for this so can I jus take it. She says "someone" (100% it was her) over shorted you. Whatever that means. Coincidentally right after I made the phone call I received an email saying it was out of stock and the order was cancelled. I know for a fact if I came in and went straight to the counter rather than ask for the shoes they would've said it was out of stock. She had no choice but to give it back to me so that I can purchase it. I do have to say the other young gentlemen at the register and the one who grabbed my shoes had great customer service. The female manager was unethical and had horrible customer service. The pictures I'm providing are proof of what transpired.
