The only employee at lounge today looked as she must've been extremely burn out at her job. However I still don't understand why visiting USPS counter to mail out a couple of packages had to be with such a grumpy attitude from this blond-dyed lady with long finger nails at the counter today march 13th 2024 around pm 2:00.

Wow! The manager (a woman) was so rude to me.Apparently to be a manager, you don't need to have any interpersonal skills.Rude, air ofShe hates her job (it was apparent to me).Disrespectful attitude. Condescending tone of voice, confrontational gaze, air of superiority.

Yikes. It is either easy or extremely hard. I have do doubt that is how staff feel, but they are clearly over staff or understands.

Poor experience while dropping off a package with a blonde female clerk on the first week of July 2023 around noon. Reminiscent of LAX TSA folks and their disrespectful attitude towards people. Condescending tone of voice, confrontational gaze, air of superiority.

I recently visited this USPS office to drop off a package for shipment, and while the overall experience was efficient, I encountered an issue with the package drop-off.Upon entering the USPS office, I was pleased to see that there was not a long line or significant wait time. The service seemed to be well-managed, and the staff appeared attentive and ready to assist customers. This was definitely a positive aspect of my visit, as I was able to save time and complete my transaction quickly.However, when I attempted to use the package drop-off, I encountered a problem. The drop-off slot was jammed, preventing me from properly depositing my package. I tried a couple of times, but unfortunately, it remained stuck. It was disappointing to encounter this issue, as the convenience of a functioning drop-off is one of the main reasons I choose USPS for shipping my packages.Despite the jammed drop-off, the staff promptly noticed my struggle and came to my assistance. They were courteous and did their best to resolve the issue promptly. While I appreciated their efforts, it was still a minor inconvenience that could have been avoided if the drop-off had been properly maintained.I understand that occasional technical difficulties can occur, but it is essential for USPS to ensure that all equipment, including package drop-offs, are regularly checked and maintained to provide a seamless customer experience.Overall, while the lack of long lines and wait times was a positive aspect, the jammed package drop-off was a significant inconvenience. I hope USPS takes note of such issues and implements measures to prevent them in the future. Despite this setback, I appreciate the efforts of the staff in addressing the problem promptly.

The two older ladies working here said I could not take the boxes I needed because it wasn't allowed ? She gave me a 25 count boxes and said to go find somewhere else. This was upsetting, last time we came to get boxes here they did not refuse to give us them. Please do better in inventory and customer service.

Once again 9-8-22 Two times in one week my new letter carrier placed a parcel in my bushes in retaliation for what I wrote on YelpThis occurred on the N 1500 Block of N Camden Pl in the city of Fullerton 92833 ,this is the second time that he did not guard my Mail which he took an oath to abide now he has intentionally picked out my home for his own personal gain in order to not properly deliver my mail per protocol this time I was able to contact a supervisor at the station that he works out of I'm hoping that whatever his intentions are ,maybe it's because I am the only Latino that reside on this block he thinks he can get away with it if this continues I will notify the Postal Inspectors because his actions are well recorded,I would like to add that when I conduct business at this Post Office the window Clerks are very professional and pleasant but this carrier is a disgrace to all letter carriers that work out of this station and he needs to be reprimanded for his deliberate actions.

I use the post office in Fullerton quite often. They are always under staffed but that is not the reason for the one star. The employees seem to be very unhappy to be working there. It could be their just overworked and I get it but so important to take the time with the customer in front of you and give 100% and truly want to help them. Hard to be the customer at this location.

I rarely leave ratings or reviews but the employees here deserve a "Thumbs up"....! This morning, one of my colleagues made a mistake and texted me the wrong address + zip code. "RAY", a young female employee, took notice of this, googled the receiving institution on her own phone, and pointed out that I had the wrong address. That package was an important delivery and the address she suggested turned out to be the right one. She could've hushed me away to come back with the correct address, or worse, she could've just sent it with the wrong information. She saved us from wasting time, money, and most importantly, our integrity as a business. Plus, in doing so, she was very polite which eased my anger towards myself and my colleague. I understand dealing with people can be frustrating and it's not always easy to put on a smiling face... But people like "Ray" make our Post-office experiences better and more reliable. I am sorry this short review is all that I can do to express my gratitude. Thank you.

Horrible place Now for priority they do t provide tape the young black African American lady said They stopped providing priority tape for year because someone cut there finger this is a lie I been coming to all usps for years and they all provide it except for this place I prefer to go to the one on hall and walnut There the best This place has an attitude all the time I will be reporting these ppl And this place To the business Breuer !!! Rude people have an attitude all the time and they don't hear you they simply ignore you

I would like to take the time and say that I have been coming to this Post Office for years your window Clerks are very professional and caring my Letter Carrier Lasandra is the best and guards my mail and parcel in a professional manner but I’m sorry to say that on 4.13-22 Lasandra was off and a male carrier was on her route and it appears that he is always running a marathon he actually threw a parcel over my wall and it landed on my bushes this carrier can make your station look bad if I had to rate it according to his delivery habits I would rate you 1 star .Juan P.

Why is it everytime usps delivers, they cant find my house and says insufficient address? The street name is there and the number of the house is there too. Super disaappinting that drivers dont know how to read the street signs and house numbers
