I set up a appointment here. And they ended up opening late and I told them I made appointment and All that for them to tell me “ you don’t need a appointment for a passport” so I come back with new forms And for them to tell me they don’t take walk ins that we need a appointment and this came from the same lady’s mouth.
The same lady !!!!! . She told me we don’t need appointment. And now she tells me we do ???

Been coming here for 17 years. These reviews if anything are exaggerated. Staff is very helpful, and courteous. I’ve witnessed people get upset because of the wait. You only wait as long as necessary because people are given their undivided attention the way it should be.

Dropped a package off inside of the drop off box outside and it never got delivered. It's been more than a week. Terrible! I lost a lot of money on that. Don't ever go here.

Dropped of my package 2 days ago between 230pm and 3pm. dropped it off where it says. "drop off parcels".. 2 days.. still no notification at all. worst service ever. ppl need to get fired and hire competent ppl. I have been to postal offices and i get a notification within a few hours. and this is taking 2 days?

This location is charming because of the building but the service is horrible. There are never enough employees and only people helping those for passports. I needed a stamp. One stamp. No self help kiosk and the employee wouldn't take one moment to help me. I waited 10 mins then was told to try another location. WTH... it's always like this here with long lines and two people working

The postal personnel here is very slow, like if he doesn’t want to work! Line is so long and people are leaving afterwards, I have been on the line for 15 min and it not moving and ppl are not being served! I had to go to go to a different office!

CID was horrible! Worst customer service. Had us run around to make copies of documents we didn't need. Mind you, we had all documents ready.

Worst post office experience. Had an appointment today and they couldn't honor it. Apparently there is only one person in the office who can process passports. The girl at the front desk was unprofessional about the whole situation. Plus the " not my problem" attitude. At least be apologetic and try to accommodate. Also get some trash cans. No trash cans outside or inside the building.We had to come back three times before being helped. The only employee in the office was a gentleman named Sit. He was there by himself for the majority of the day which baffles me. Can we please get this man some help????????? Tip: bring your passport application filled out (don't sign it ). Bring your original ID/ passport / birth certificate AND bring copies of the front and back of all of these. They will not help you without the copies. Bring passport pictures.

Today, the post office had an extremely long line of customers. Zulma and Sid got the line down quickly and after everyone was gone (except me ), I thanked Zulma for always being patient with me whenever I came in and had more than the normal amount of questions. She responded with thanks and I also let her know how helpful Sid was to me, on a prior visit.They are so understaffed, it's ridiculous. Yet, they both have a great disposition. Please be kind to the postal workers, they are doing their best to get you taken care of.
