Have had several packages delivered to my home from this UPS, I ordered a time sensitive item and for whatever reason the driver did not deliver it I was required to pick up the package myself at a location 15 minutes away from my home the following day. Insane to me that a delivery service decided nah we're not going to do our jobs today.

Lost our package, but didn't even try to contact shipper or us, only found after we called following business week after the stated delivery time and day. Then said they found it and would deliver it today. Called back after a couple of hours because it was getting late in the day and they changed their story saying they never said they were going to deliver it today and we now owe them freight charges (even though our shipper said it was never supposed to be COD because we were already charged and paid for UPS Freight in our original invoice), so we rescheduled for next day and had a check ready . Finally delivered next day, but we found out the following day, we were still missing one part of our delivery from our shipper. We were supposed to get 4 items total on the same pallet, but only received 3. We called them back and said they would look into it. An hour later, they called us back and said they found the missing item and were going to deliver it to us the next day by 2pm. The representative reassured us after asking them several times if he was 100% positive that it would arrive tomorrow. So we waited the next day, 2pm on the dot, no delivery. We even called them in the morning left them a message to confirm (call went to voicemail), but received voice mail and no call back. Of course, we called them back at 2, put me us on hole for 15 mins and then finally explain the situation to the rep. and told her we were expecting a delivery. She told us there was no message in their system about a delivery today and that stated they never found the missing item in our system, no notes in their system about it at all. *sigh* The representative told us the supervisor was gone for the day and there was nothing they can do for us and would call us back if they found the missing item and told "IF" they could find the item today, we would have to wait until Monday for the delivery. Honestly, I never had a company straight up lie to us and so incompetent at their jobs.

A "RUDE" Hispanic person tells me that she is adding another 145.00 because we were not there when our shipment arrived, they charged us over 1000.00 dollars for what our customer only charges us 200.00 when they ship it "Best way" even the driver said it was a ripoff what they charged us and I got a letter from a collection agency as I refused to pay it !!!

3 Appointments set to deliver, 3 different excuses as to why they couldn't make the delivery. Ultimately had to go pick up my package myself.

This was my first visit to a UPS Freight location. 1st contact: They sent the freight back to shipper in IL the very next day after 1st delivery attempt via AIR!! Had to wait extra 5 days because of this. 2nd contact: 1st lady hung up on me, 2nd Refused to deliver without lift gate - I get it, the shipper messed this up and didn't add it to delivery, not UPS fault. 3rd contact: Location does not accommodate for will-call pick up clients. Staff not the rudest but lacks customer service - lady yelled at me to come to her desk instead of getting up to see what I needed (no reception desk). Office is really dirty and there is a lack of privacy. I was literally left alone in front of someones desk with computers unlocked, private paperwork out in the open. ***Lady even left her phone unlocked (she was on fb... her desk was a mess) for like 20 min! I didn't touch anything but damn.... I got my freight loaded into my car and got the heck out of there... overall, rude, messy, lacks organization. Idk, I'm venting. (side note, how are wheelchairs suppose to get in here???? - picture)
