No notary service.Follow up to the UPS Store's comment:I am not sure why the store wants me to reach out. The experience was simple. The store did not have a notary service available despite it being advertised in their services. The store would know this service is not available and would know it is listed in their available services.

Amazon QR code scanner down again. This is the 3rd time I've experienced this. Not a good feeling when you show up and they say it's down.Now I just call ahead to make sure it's properly working.FYI, don't bother listening to the automated recording, it just leads you to a voicemail, you just have to keep calling until they pick up.

I lost the tracking Number for UPS and i went in for this store because this place was where i shipped from and i was there in beginning of January and the lady with glasses she is said i could not get the tracking number and i had call customer service and they said i can get it back again from the shipping store. so i went in today and got help from SAM and i was able to get it back again.......if you need help with shipping i would look for SAM.

Great place to do your shipping. Convenient spot although parking is kind of hit and miss. Friendly staff and very helpful. They also do document shredding which is an added plus. Amazon returns here made simple as well.

I had couple items to drop off for the Amazon return so i stopped the store on my way to work in the early morning. The store was empty and no customers were waiting in line. The guy at the counter with angry tone kept asking if i was ready for the next item or if it was the last item while i was trying to pull out the QR codes on my phone. He acted that 100 people were in line waiting. I never go to this store again!

I'm very new to this online review thing, but I have to acknowledge and thank the Notary Public that went the extra mile to help my dad in getting, printing and notarizing the right form. This place was our third stop after AAA and two other stores that couldn't help identifying which form my dad needed to give me power of attorney. Just by asking few simple questions Sam the Notary was able get us that legal form and notarized it. Our bank finally accepted that notarized form and now I can help my dad manage and pay his bills. Thank you again Sam for all your help. We really appreciate it.

I came here to return an item I purchased and instructions clearly says that I'm able to print from UPS store for the return label. UPS STORE IS CHARGING $3 TO PRINT LABEL??? I hope corporate office sees this and tell them to close this store. That is brutal for 1 page printout. Price gouging like crazy. I will file a formal complaint. They don't deserve to do business.

The Notarization people in that store in Fullerton, California are so Amazing and Awesome. They really deserve so much Love and respect from all the community around. The UPS store is always so busy and dedicated all the time, and they seem to still smile at you and then some. This UPS store has employees who are so sweet from the lower management to the management, they are all so perfect all the time, considering they are so organized and handling all these packages and so many other things. GOD BE WITH THEM. May the Angels help them with everything in their lives and families as well. Thank you for all the unknown times you did so much and it went unnoticed. God help us all at our jobs. A big ripoff. They took my mother's $, almost $200, and shipped her package to a place that does not accept UPS packages. She had to pick up the package and reship it. According to the shippee, UPS knows this place cannot accept UPS packages. In my opinion, even though they are next door to Morningside, they preyed on my mother and have so far refused to make things right, but I am working with them.

I called to see if they could wait for me five minutes after closing to drop off two packages and Carrie was nice enough to wait. Great custom service!!!

Really disappointed in NEW policy? I tried to return an Amazon package at this location, Bastanchury and Brea Blvd. . I've done this a couple of times before. But this time, the store was going to charge me $3 to print the shipping label. And then, they wanted me to buy the packaging to mail it. It was a baseball cap in a plastic bag. So, because I don't have a functioning printer, it was going to cost me 1/4 the price of the hat to return it. Surprised they aren't more accommodating for Amazon returns, they must make a boat load of money off them. I will be going to a different store from now on.

Great customer service! We were told that we couldn't use a AAA discount by an employee but when we saw the sign on the store and mentioned it, the owner came out , apologized and refunded the discount with a smile. Very genuine guy! My husband is on disability, so every dollar counts right now. I will definitely come here again.

At&t rep said to drop off modem at any FedEx or UPS location. Came here and the UPS employee told me that I had to bring it to At&t store in Brea. Didn't sound right but I called At&t store in Brea and they said they don't nor have they ever accepted modems because the process is that these are shipped to a warehouse from UPS or FedEx. Took it to FedEx and had no issues. Based on other reviews here seems like it's a regular occurrence. Don't waste your time. Just go to another location.
