Wonderful customer service. My seller made an odd mistake with the shipping and the kind UPS manager was accommodating and really helped me out. She was tired, as she was on her feet all day and it was near closing time, but she really did show me grace and she didn’t have to. (She has no idea how arduous working with my seller has been. Replacement shipments, incorrect address, weeks have gone by trying to get this 60th birthday present in time for my mom’s special day.) I really appreciate you guys. And over the years, every time I’ve been here, you guys are always professional, even with customers that don’t follow the Amazon return instructions and take out their frustrations upon your team. Thanks again for your understanding today! :)

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They helped me renew my passport, and I come here to get documents shredded all the time. Great location, too! My favorite UPS Store!

I dont usually leave a review but this UPS location deserves one. I've been to this ups location for the past 3+ years. Swati and her staff provides great and reliable service. The store hours are great and this store has been a staple to help my business run in the most efficient manner by shipping and receiving large volume packages on a daily basis.

I been to one of most fun UPS store. Everyone over there is so friendly and very professional. I have used this store multiple time for different services like live scan, notary, passport pictures, shipping and today I came for shredding and guess what they still have more services. The environment as you enter is really different. All the employees were so friendly to each other and to the customers and they always having fun here. The store always smells so good unlike others that been to is too dirty and sometimes smells horrible. This is my go to place. Please come to store 4097.

Got my fingerprints done TWICE. and both times got rejected, they didn’t offer a refund or even try to help me. now i have to do it for a third time because they won’t do their work right.

Wow, most friendly / helpful UPS I’ve been to. Was driving by and popped in to get some returns done and it was a breeze.Usually UPS stores can feel stressy but this was a breath of fresh air. Thank you!
