Quick and easy drop off!Slid in here right before they closed on Friday! Wooohoo made it before close. I had my return with labels ready to go. As I was rolling in, a couple of UPS trucks were pulling up and grabbing all the shipments. I was just in the nick of time! I walked over to the desk, and she weighed my package. Helped me by putting on the labels and off I went. Quick and easy drop off. I was on my way in no time to start the holiday weekend. Parking is not great in this center. There are multiple places to eat, a Starbucks and the UPS store. Some j*** cut me off when I was trying to park in a spot. So parking can be a little frustrating here, especially when you have two large UPS pickup trucks blocking one side of the road.

I would go to ANY other UPS store other than this one. Tired to charge me for a box that is free at every other store and poor customer service. I will never go again. The UPS store on harbor is a lot better. Night and day.

Worst service ever! RUDE RUDE RUDE! If you want proof of how awful they are, read their responses to all the yelp complaints. It's like it's run by high schoolers with the attitude and indifference.

The customer service here is exceptional, Nikki helped me over the phone to setup a return. And it went so smooth, she went over and above to validate every aspect, and I'm so happy to have done business with this UPS store, I wish them all the success in the world. :)

They close the computers earlier than the store closes to make them completely useless. Girl was extremely rude and very obviously completely lazy and expecting to leave right as the store closes.

Make sure your UPS label is already printed before you drop off your package here. They will charge you $2 to print a label that already has shipping fees paid. This is unlike FedEx who does not charge to print labels that are already paid for. They also aren't the nicest about conveying this cost.

I gave this store a really hard time with a big shipping issue and they handled all my needs with excellence and professionalism. I appreciate the staff especially Nikki! She was soooo patient with me and went above and beyond to help me. She made an effort and that made all the difference. Let me assure you, that my request was not small and my attitude not perfect! Thank you Nikki for being wonderful at what you do and for helping me today! I hope you get the recognition you deserve. Your customers appreciate the good service!

I use this store occasionally for Amazon returns. Always quick and easy, no need for boxing, they just scan the code in my app. Friendly and efficient staff

The worst UPS location so far!!! I went to just do a return for a very small item and they couldn't do it!!! I had the QR ready and also the label ready but their system is not working! Really!! Every time I go their their system is down. I went to UPS in Malvern Ave Fullerton And they helped me in less than 1 minute. I will never use Euclid location again from now on I'm using Malverin location.

The reviews of this place are a joke. My business ships 75% of our domestic shipping at this location. The staff is well trained and knowledgeable, but you need to know how to ship things. You can't do a terrible job at packing your items, then blame the store when it gets broken. This is a for profit business, so of course if you need packing supplies or boxes you will have to buy them, or show up with your items packaged correctly and the staff here will gladly and professionally help you get it to your destination.Thank you for all your help UPS store, Fullerton. I will continue to support your business and recommend you to others!

I have been coming here for years to do my drops offs. They have had some really Pleasant workers but after todays interaction I can't say I'll be back. Not sure what the girl's names were but I walk in and she just says how can o help you in the most unpleasant tone of voice imaginable. I'm pretty sure the female owner was there too and just allowed the girl to sit there hunched over and and not even bother to give a genuine welcome.

Trouble service and very expensive! 3 dollars for one page black/white print !?Staffs don’t know what they should do for amazon return and when I emailed my page they don’t know how to print it.However they charge me 2.75 for only 1 page black/white print. When I asked why they said we charge 2 dollars for email and and 25 cents for print !!!Never back again !! If u print pages in office depot they only charge you 10 cent per page not more!
