I just came from the carwash, i heard the lowed sound in drying are inside the carwash, and the dryer (blower) dent my roof. We tried to pulle it up with one of the workers, but it didn't work. I'm going to investigate with my insurance what would be the process.

I don't know why the listing for this car wash shows that they are open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. There is a sign at the car wash that clearly states 8:00 to 8:00. I don't know why the owners have not updated this, but it really sucks when you're driving in traffic trying to make sure you get to a place before they close so that you can utilize the monthly subscription you're paying for, only to find it completely shut down and you're out of luck.

Wow i was looking to go there but when i read the review from a customer who was having issues with the vacuum… the response back was horrible! I can see that you have vacuum on the website page and it’s usually implied with a drive through car wash. I would have been happier hearing we’re sorry about that , we’ll check the suction on the vacuums. . I then remembered , I’ve been to your new car wash service and noticed this about the vacuums too , so I haven’t gone back.

Doesn’t wash the right side of the car. It sprays soap but doesn’t actually brush. I reported this 2 months ago on their website and to a worker. They never fixed it. Cancelled monthly membership.

Not happy! I'm a member of quick quack and this is the worst service I have ever had. After running my car through I asked for a couple towels and they told me that they do not have any. I pay for the top plan and should be able to use the towel service they provide, not the case here. Because there was no towels I could not dry the water left on the car and could not remove some dirt that was on the car for some reason. I could not even get the tire excessive dressing off the rims and tires. Safe to say the dressing is going to fling all along the side of the car when I leave.After all that the vacuum was not working right making it hard to vacuum the car.The only reason I gave this place two stars was for the gentleman that checked me in. Good customer service.

Don’t bother going here, some thing is always broken and they won’t tell you. The guy let me purchase their middle car wash which is $20 by the way and didn’t mention ones that the vacuums were broken. I had to find out after when I expected to get a $20 worth car wash.

There equipment is down the vacuums are down more than half the time. The line go out to the street slow as hell and. Half of the car wash sprays don't work of there half power this place needs help

Came here on a Saturday 08-12-23 and the vacuums were still not on or not working...people were using the air sprayers to clean cars, it was so sad. I'm most annoyed there was no notes prior to paying (tried coming a couple weeks prior and there was a sign saying vacuums were down, so i just turned around--totally ok). Keep in mind I really only come to these washed to use the vacuums so it's a big deal. The prices have also gone up (basic for wash/dry is &$10) which it is what it is, but everything should be working. The next price level is $19! Not sure how I feel about the new ownership.. hopefully they start maintaining everything for the increase in price.
