Fair pricing. Honest work. Just wished they washed cars when brought in for service, but still satisfied with the good price and transparency so the trade off is alright. Communication could be improved. They are super busy most of the time so that could be the reason it's hard to get someone on the phone sometimes. Otherwise would recommmend 9/10!

My struggle to find an honest mechanic ended the day I found this shop. I've been a loyal customer for around six years and two (used) Mercedes vehicles and here's why: -As a woman who knows nothing about vehicles, I never feel like they are trying to trick me by upselling me on things I don't understand. -Their waiting area, offices and very importantly, restroom are SPOTLESS and tidy. -They tell me what's on the horizon in terms of future issues. -They are very fast with their work. -They give me helpful tips on items they don't service (such as tires). Look no further for a real mechanic who truly cares about their customers.

I made an appointment on Monday. 11am appointment on the lift @11:02. Amazing. Bottled water and coffee available. Clean and organized in wait area.

The REAL Mechanic Shop. Their name is legit. If you drive Mercedes/BMW/German vehicles in general this is the only shop you should take your car. NO sketchy business to make a quick dollar out of you, they keep things 100% REAL. I’ve had serious engine repairs and general maintenance done by them and they have the best prices and get things done in a timely manner. They have the most knowledgable mechanics who you can trust with your car. I won’t be taking my Mercedes anywhere else as this is the best shop in SoCal hands down.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Honestly the best business I have stepped foot in, Has taken care of my cars and my pocket for many years, Ubaldo has a gift for these cars. i have brought in the most complex mercedes cars with very complex problems, All fixed on the first shot with prices lower than anywhere else. I worked at a mercedes dealer & would have the whole service department stumped by a problem. Ubaldo would find that problem within seconds. Words cannot describe the level of professionalism Ubaldo & his team deliverDont hesitate to bring your car here !!Dont question just trust him& trust is very hard to find in business so thats why i say it is the best business i have seen
