Everything was great, service, food and ambiance. They were able to seat us, party of 9, without reservations. Definitely recommend

Been coming here for the last 20 years from when my girls were babies to being adults. Always a great experience. Staff works hard to make the experience special. I really appreciate them. Food's good and we always order extra to take home.

Last time I came here, we waited for hours and hours for food. I didn't want to come again. But my mom said she had been multiple times since and hadn't had that problem again. While the wait was not as extreme, it still seemed unreasonable. We made a reservation so we were sat quickly. The restaurant was busy but quickly clearing out as it became closer to closing time. It took almost 40 minutes for our food to arrive. We we're going to just pay for our drinks and salads and leave right as the waitress came and told us it was coming. The sourdough bread was super fresh and smelled amazing. I wish they would slice it for you as it is very hard to cut especially at a tiny table. The loaves are small for if you have a big party it won't last long. I got the garlic Mizithra without mushrooms which is my favorite dish here. It had so much crispy bacon and a good amount of cheese. I finished off with my favorite ice cream flavor, spumoni. I wish they gave you a bigger scoop, but at least it comes "free" with your meal.Long story short, the food was amazing but service was very slow. I did also get sick after eating here, that could be unrelated but I wanted to make note of it in case anyone else experiences this!

I love the old spaghetti factory. We went there for my friends brothers birthday and really enjoyed the combination of good food and good friends. I’m very happy we chose to go there!

I have been enjoying this restaurant for over 30 years! I have NEVER had a bad experience whatsoever, and that's what keeps me coming back. I teach at Cal State Fullerton, and I always have a wonderful meal to celebrate the end of each semester... in addition to all the other times I have a meal there. One final note: you have to try the spaghetti with the Mizithra Cheese!!!!

Just gotta vent here….. we had a large party dinner celebrating my father’s 94th birthday. Joining him was his 91 year old sister from Dallas. There were a total of 27 of us and we explicitly told them that we needed a table that was easy to seat my dad and my aunt as they were both on walkers. They said “no problem” because they had a lift to get them upstairs. The seated us on the 2nd floor where you have to use the steps next to the restrooms. When they took my dad and aunt to use the lift, they found out that it was not working and the only way up to our table was for them to use the stairs. For the inconvenience the manager comped 3 appetizers! Wow….. that makes up for being non ADA compliant! After dinner when we were all leaving, it took 3 of us to get my father and my aunt down the stairs. Both were very nervous about it but what options did we have?I admit it! I was pissed and dropped a “F” bomb when venting to the manager lady which I shouldn’t have done and to her, I am truly sorry but then when she smirked as if it was funny, I was really pissed. Then she explained to me how her father cant eat at the restaurant because he is in a wheelchair. Can you say NON ADA COMPLIANT?The food was sub par and the service was not great as they had one server for our table working her tail off with very little help. She was great and did a great job as thinly stretched as she was.Anyway, good night celebrating with my father but lousy experience with such an established restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Good luck…. If you are disabled or elderly on a walker, go somewhere else because this restaurant can not accommodate you. They also have the IDGAF attitude!

We went for my brother's birthday. The food was great as always, our server though, was a bit over the top when it came to feined happiness. It did not ruin the evening, just made us giggle when the server left the table.

My sister and I went on March 16, which is my birthday and we were here to redeem my birthday coupon for a free classic pasta, which I look forward to every year. I live 3 hours away from an Old Spaghetti factory so when I have an opportunity to go, it is definitely a real treat and I was looking forward to it. I must mention that the first 15 minutes of our visit was very rough, to the point that my sister and I were about to leave and eat elsewhere. However, Tammy and Penelope turned our experience around completely. They took amazing care of us and made my birthday feel special. I’m currently active duty in the Air Force and am stationed at Vandenberg SFB. I don’t get to come home very often and enjoy speciality restaurants like OSF like I used to. So this experience meant a lot to me. Thank you so much Tammy and Penelope for taking the time to understand our concerns and making my birthday lunch one to remember.
