Sent a baseball banner request using a design I had already formatted from Canva app. Banner was printed according to specifications, ahead of expected pick up time. The price, quality, and turnaround time cannot be beat. A great asset to team reps!

This place is wonderful when it comes to your printing needs. Just had some invitations printed for the second time and when they didn't fit the sleeves (no ones fault) Nick was super helpful and trimmed the invites down to fit. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Will be a returning customer in the future!

Terrible customer services; more than 100 pages printed in reverse order and have to sort it out by myself. Nick, the person in the store does not apologize and just stated the main printer is not working so have to use different printer. Feel like it is my own fault and have to eat it. First time customer and won't come to this store again. Maybe they don't care about loosing a customer. Terrible!

Bob at The Complete Package is a true professional and exceptional at what he does. He has the best prices and makes the best real estate signs. His printing is great. I purchased his real estate package set and he was quick to fulfill the order. He made A frame signs, listing signs, and even business cards. All came out perfect! I'll be using The Complete Package for all my business needs from here on out!

They decided to TELL me what I wanted, rather than actually LISTEN to what I wanted. I repeatedly asked for something simple and easy, and they kept trying to upsell me products that I did not want or need. NO THANK YOU!! They are rude and greedy. Taking my business elsewhere.

Bob & company came through! Our son's Fullerton Pop Warner team was invited to play an exhibition game at Sofi Stadium. We tried to make the large "fat head" signs (with an online company) for our kiddos but the turnaround was too quick. So we asked Bob if this was something they could do and he and his team crushed it!! Pricing was amazing and turnaround was LIGHTNING SPEED. Thank you TCP!

maybe a good place for existing customers, new customers stay away because they are very slow to respond or Nick to reply end of day. wasting people's time. they don't follow what their flyer says on business cards so you are better off looking elsewhere. I like their quality but I'm sick of working with people that just don't care
